Modern Studio in heart the heart of Little Italy

Welcome to our Little Emerald Gem of Little Italy!. Fully remodeled 12’ ceilings, modern block wall design, large studio with kitchenette, designer wood slat wall, outdoor patio with table and chairs, and best of all, walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in little Italy AND a short walk to San Diego Bay and Balboa Park. Unfortunately, parking is not included. We do not provide luggage storage.

What to expect while staying in the city:
Although our home has been built with triple-paned windows (to help diffuse the sound), we are located under the flight path for the SD airport and in the heart of the city and you will hear these sounds. We do provide sound machines and earplugs for those who may be more sensitive to the city-scape noise and overhead planes, but if you are traveling with little ones that require silence to sleep, you may consider another space to be better suited for your needs.
