Studio is located in the heart of Point Loma and Ocean Beach San Diego.
Close to Sea World and summer time fireworks, Downtown, the zoo, Airport, and Mission Bay. Amazing beaches surround the area for all kinds of activities any time of year. Great restaurants and shopping near by create the small Beach community vibe that makes this area so fun and unique. The unit is a 1 mile walk bike or drive to the Ocean Beach Pier.
The Outdoor private patio leads to a Fully remodeled studio ideal for a couple or single. Queen Bedroom w great bedding, efficiency kitchen w microwave, mini fridge, convection oven/air fryer and coffee all surrounded by a cool spa-like Beach esthetic! Cozy sofa and seating area for lounging and TV viewing. Full bathroom w lots of travel amenities complete the ideal relaxing environment. Very comfortable and great location. The unit was tucked away, quiet and very private. Had everything I needed plus more. Tracy the host was great. She was very responsive and even while she was away, made arrangements to help me get into unit after I locked myself out. Thank you Tracy!!

Nice, private stay within a short distance to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Not much time was spent in the rental but it fit our needs for sleeping, showering, eating, etc. Great hosts!

Perfect San Diego Stay

I really enjoyed staying at this rental. Highly recommend if you are coming into town and have events in the Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Liberty Station, and San Diego Harbor area. Was also very easy to get to and from the airport and downtown. The hosts made me feel very welcome and were great with the communication which I really appreciated. As a single lady traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe at this rental. Lots of friendly people in the neighborhood walking dogs and saying hello too!

We had a wonderful stay! Tracy was a wonderful host and made sure that we were well taken care of. The unit was exactly as nice as it was described. The Point Loma neighborhood was quiet, and 10 minutes of walking will get you to bakeries and coffee and restaurants on Voltaire.10/10, would stay again, would recommend to a friend!

It was a very nice neighborhood and instructions to find the studio very clear. It was a cute clean studio. Perfect for me and my son. Surprised there was no stove but there was a microwave and toaster oven.

Difficult to find rest at this property

The location of the property was mostly ideal. Because it was close to the airport hearing overhead airplanes early in the morning was startling as we were not prepared for the noise. There was no AC and though we were told there would be several fans there was only one. (A second was delivered upon request, however, it was old and loud). And in order to stay reasonably cool the window needed to be open. The owners who resided above us walked heavy and the overhead noise was terribly loud. There was also a large dog who barked incessantly each morning. If the window was closed the heat was almost unbearable. The sleeper couch consisted of four very hard, old cushions that were connected but left a large divot down the center vertically and horizontally. Sleeping on that sofa bed was not only extremely uncomfortable but left me with a terrible back and headache. I also showed up with a terrible head cold so that didn't help matters. In summery if you are looking for a great location this is your place however if you are looking to get any rest this is not a great place to stay.

Tracy was an excellent host. The property was as described. The apartment is tucked away behind a gate with a separate entrance from the main house. My daughter and I felt safe and welcome.

We had an excellent stay at this location! The neighborhood was close to all of our activities. Our time spent in the actual room was nice and quiet. The kitchenette and cable TV were very nice to have for winding down after spending time throughout the city. Tracy was a great host. Would definitely book again.

Great Unit with Great Hosts!

From check in to check out Tracy and her husband were incredible hosts for the two and a half months I stayed in the unit. They were always kind, respectful, and diligent in delivering a remarkable experience. They were also very accommodating with respect to the odd hours I would come and go by virtue of my work and school. I corresponded directly with Tracy throughout my stay, and she was especially prompt in addressing any questions I had. They are a wonderful family by all accounts and it was a pleasure to spend the time I did there. As to the unit itself, the unit lived up to, and exceeded, most expectations I had before I got there. Upon arrival, the unit was well furnished with a generous amount of starter toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, etc.; this made moving in and getting straight to work seamless since there was no concern of: "I need to run to the store and pick up X, Y, and Z." The furniture and bed were very comfortable and relaxing after a long day. The unit and bathroom has sufficient lighting; natural lighting from the two large windows illuminated the whole unit during the day. The kitchenette has everything you need, a good sink area, a very nice air fryer/oven, and a good sized mini fridge. The bathroom is equipped with numerous mirrors; the shower and toilet worked well and never had any issues. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would certainly return for my next stay in SD. A big thanks to Tracy and Allan for everything!

Cute and quiet!

The neighborhood is lovely. Nice and quiet and safe. Easy street parking. Stayed here three nights and had no issues. Perfect for a couple. Super close to restaurants and the beach. The bed was a little stiff but all in all it was 10/10 would 100% book here again. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with.

Great Location

The studio is very comfortable and located in an excellent location in Point Loma. It was about a 20 minute walk through a quiet neighborhood to the main area in Ocean Beach. I didn’t rent a car and had no issues getting around. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

Anniversary weekend

My wife and I stayed here our anniversary and it was great! Place had everything we needed it to be and then some. Fantastic location and even better hosts. We really do recommend it!

Point Loma stay

The studio has a private entrance behind a gate at the street side of the home. It was very nice and comfortable, it included a small refridgerator, keurig, counter top oven. The bathroom has plenty of accessories provided and a corner shower. The room sleeps 3 comfortably (1 queen bed and a fold down couch). It is nicely located to many beaches with a few restaurants and shops nearby. The property manager gave us all needed instructions by text and were fairly prompt in responding to any questions that we had. Overall all a very pleasant stay, one thing to note - Point Loma is on the seaward side of the Naval Air station and San Diego international airport, so you will hear planes, we did not find it a problem. Thank you

Staycation in SabDiego

Great place to stay! We enjoyed how close it was to the wedding venue on Shelter Island. Tracy was great in communicating check in details and any questions we had. There is some airplane noise in the morning which if your an early riser it’s ok. Would recommend!

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our trip. The host was very nice. The place was as discribed. The only complaint was the dishes and floor were not very clean but everything else was very clean.
