Living/Kitchen/Dining:
When you walk in you will be awed by the fully stocked kitchen ready for you to whip up a meal. There is a high top table to enjoy a meal or for additional prep space. The dining area located in the living room features a cozy table for two. The living room has a modern sofa to sit back and enjoy a movie on the 58" HD TV with Roku and streaming capability.

Bedrooms:
The main bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen size bed with a dedicated work station. There is a closet in the hallway to hang your clothes and a dresser in the living room to store all of your belongings.

The second bedroom is located on the second floor and has a full size bed. There is a closet to hang clothes and built-in-drawers to store all of your belongings. The second work station is located here with a cozy chair to enjoy a book.

Bathroom:
The single bathroom is located on the main floor across from the main floor bedroom. The bathroom contains a pedestal sink, stall shower and built in shelves for storage. For your convenience the stackable washer/dryer is in the hallway next to the bathroom.

The house is accessible by a keyless smart lock located in the rear of the house (enters into the kitchen). This property is monitored with one camera located on the back of the house facing the parking pad and porch entrance. Camera records audio and video when motion is detected 24/7.

Please note that we require our guests to sign and agree to a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. We also require a security deposit hold of $500 2 days before arrival. Midterm renters will be asked to pay a monthly cleaning fee.

*All persons must be 21+ years of age with the exception of children traveling with parents (children DO count towards the number of guests regardless of age).

*Check-in: After 4:00 PM. No early check-ins.

*Check-out: 10:00 AM. There are NO late check-outs due to our cleaning crews schedule.

*3 people max, if you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund.

*All guests must sign the renter agreement upon booking and schedule the $500 security deposit hold two days prior to check-in.

*No smoking in doors. Dispose of all cigarette butts in pails with sand, located on the back porch.

*No pets allowed. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be asked to leave without a refund.

*No parties or events.

*Absolutely no fires or fireworks inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150 plus damages.
