This was a great place for us and our pups to stay. The property being at the end of the road provides maximum privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub. The property was very clean. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown. We will stay here again.

A cozy and comfortable house close to the Georgetown campus and downtown. Host was great and available for questions. Would stay again if we return to the Lexington area.

Very clean home. Great for a weekend. Easy to find. We did notice some towel holders were loose and detached. Beds super comfy.

Great house in a wonderful area! Georgetown has a lot to offer, and the access to both Lexington and Frankfort from here was outstanding! Our host was very helpful and communicative and contributed to a great stay.

We had a perfect stay at your home. It was super clean and well equipped. We had our 2 small dogs and they felt at home as well. It was such a quiet and peaceful street. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for lending us your thoughtfully designed home.

Adorable accomdations

We only stayed breifly to sleep, but it had what we needed. It would be great for many different guest groups.

Fantastic accommodations!

We so enjoyed this property! Carlos was so communicative and accommodating. The house was exactly what we needed for our stay. The property was clean, well stocked, adorable, comfortable, and in a great location. As an added bonus, my kids enjoyed the play structure in the back yard.we would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had an incredible stay at Carlos's place. The home was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect, the hot tub and awesome patio were definite highlights. The kid play area was also a lifesaver, keeping our little one entertained. We also truly appreciate Carlos for being flexible with us—it made a huge difference. We'd highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun family getaway.

Fantastic place!

Great job on the remodel! Awesome place, has everything you need and it is exactly as described! Great place for your dog! Walking distance to downtown to restaurants! Definitely would stay there again! Also host was awesome!

Trip to the Ark

HIGHLY recommend this property. Has everything your family would need. So clean and NO pet smell. Great size backyard for kids and pets. The hot tub was a great added addition and was clean.

Great holiday get-away

I had my parents come for New Years. We all had a wonderful time! House is just lovely. VERY comfortable beds. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Nice little fenced yard for dogs!The best part is how easy they make check in/out. Would definitely rent again!

Excellent property and experience! Very comfortable. Weather was not good but we greatly enjoyed the comfort of the unit to spend time with family.
