Unauthorized party/gathering or police involvement
$1000 per incident

Smoking inside the home
$500 per incident

Unauthorized pet
$300 per pet per stay

Tampering with security devices (doorbell cam, outdoor cams, Vivint panel, smoke alarm etc.) $500 per incident

Excessive cleaning required / trash left everywhere
$150 - $300 (based on cleaning invoice)

Unauthorized late checkout
$50 per hour (beyond 1 hour late triggers 1 full night charge if needed)

Unauthorized extra guests beyond reservation
$100 per person per night

If these rules are broken we will take legal action as well.
