The space
Large rooms, high ceilings, totally remodeled just a few years ago. New hardwood floors on 1st and 2nd floor. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of space. 70" Smart TV in Living Room. 55" Smart TV in the basement. Like new condition throughout the property. There are 5 bedrooms, so we sleep 10 people very comfortably. In addition, we have 2 air mattresses and plenty of couches if you happen to have a few more. Lastly, we have a changing table and highchair for your little one. There are even a few toys, game, books and magazines to enjoy during your stay.

Guest access
Easily accessible from anywhere in the city. Centrally located just north of downtown off of beautiful Merdian Street. This beautiful area has the White River just down the street. The Monon Trail which goes for miles through the city. Broadripple Village is only a mile away. Broadripple is home to many local restaurants, bars, shops, music venues and other attractions that you could spend a whole day and night exploring.

The front door has an electronic lock where we set the code to your phone number (last 4 digits), so you have easy access during your stay.

This is NOT a party house. Guests will be asked to leave if they are caught having a party. NO REFUNDS. If you are caught having a party there is a $1500 fine. NO Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, $1500 fine. No pot smoking $2500 fine. We have a smoke detector inside the property. No refunds if caught having a party or smoking. You will be asked to leave. Our neighbors will call the police if there is a party.
