THINGS TO KNOW
Self-check-in instructions will be provided with directions to the condo, parking info, and electronic access codes to the gate and unit. Starter supplies of laundry detergent, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The association requires they receive rental documentation at least 7 days prior to occupying the property. Also 7-night minimum rental even if you do not stay the entire time. No pets, no vaping, no smoking. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
