Fantastic, updated, spacious town home "cottage styled" condo located inside the gates of The Madeira Beach Yacht Club only steps from beautiful Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico and waterfront complex. Beautifully updated with newer cabinetry, flooring and stone counters. Main living area with flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen, half bath, laundry and seating area just outside your front door encompasses the entire first floor. Up the stairs you will find a large open Master suite with a queen size bed, large updated master bath, huge walk in closet and a sleeper sofa with a nicely finished privacy curtain for an extra guest or two! You will not be disappointed with this vacation rental! REQUIRES AN APPLICATION MUST ALLOW APPROXIMATELY 11 DAYS FOR REGISTRATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. **THE JACUZZI, POOL TABLE AND GYM ARE NOT AVAILABLE SINCE THE HURRICANE.

One Week Winter Get Away From NH

Nice, clean condo. Centrally located to restaurants, pubs, Winn Dixie. Enjoyed the pool. Would return and recommend.

Beach stay

Loved that we were close to the beach, one block away. Even though it’s located in a very busy area, we never had any disturbances. Only drawback which was to be expected, all lower units were under construction from hurricane and they start very early.

Love the Yacht Club. The “white” covers on chairs and loveseat, were not white and had large tears. The area rug was very stained and covered by pulling loveseat over them. Curtain between beds was stained as is water soaked up from the floor.**Other than replacing covers and rug, curtain, the condo and yacht club were great. Possibly cleaning people never informed management of these issues??If all these were updated and replaced, it would be 5 stars!

Charming

We had the best time. No car needed as we walked to the beach and restaurants. We had groceries delivered and walked to grocery store right across the street when needed. My son played basketball every day right across the street. The condo was neat and clean. The pools were great as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Cozy, clean, and convenient

I have stayed at Madeira Beach Yacht Club before and this was my best rental experience. The communication with Seaside Property Shop was excellent. The condo was clean and nicely decorated in soothing light colors. Great light, comfortable bed , very nice bathrooms and I loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer. It was great to be in walking distance to so many things. I felt the cost was incredibly reasonable for such an inviting place. Criticisms are minor: the cooking equipment is pretty limited and the bed is not a king-size as advertised.

The kitchen chairs were very had to sit on and count not sit more than 5 minutes and got soar ass The couch was also very uncomfortable and could not sit more than 30 minutes to watch tv Could not get in refrigerator because door was on backwards

Review of condo

The condo was rundown. Carpets were filthy and the tv was old and needed a cable box to operate. The garburator plugged up. No barbecue. The door lock was difficult to operate. We were told to use our area code which has letters on a numbered keypad. The management company responded promptly to maintenance requests and did a good job. The carpet should have been cleaned before we arrived and not during our stay.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment and spacious, clean, very good comunnication with the owner. You have almost what you need, washing & dryer was a plus for me, they have even chairs for the beach, I do reccomand, owner is very nice and always answer to the phone. I do reccomand

Good location & spacious quarters

We enjoyed the location and the property. Some communication between the property and rental agency needs cleared up with parking. The condo we stayed in should have been cleaner but instead we had to ask for some more cleaning to be done as the carpet on the stairs was very soiled and the floors needed to be swept better, especially behind our bed as we found dust and candy wrappers. Facilities were older but ok. The location was the best part of it as we could walk to the beach, store, restaurants, etc. We had a very helpful rental manager during our time there and he would keep good texting communication with us. Would recommend but make sure to ask for a thorough cleaning before your stay or updated pictures.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cottage type place and location. Decor was cute and tastefully done. Only one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed in the bedroom which was fine for my daughter and I but would not recommend for more than one couple as it only has a curtain that separates the two beds. Just depends on what you are looking for and how many in your party. Easy short walk to the public beach area. (which was clean and nice) Can also park at the beach for a small fee each day if desired. Sharon and Taylor were great to work with at Seaside Property. they were very helpful and making sure we arrived without any issues. Over all it was a nice stay and would choose to stay here again. (would recommend the unit having few more bath towels and wash cloths)
