The living area, adorned with a gas fireplace and Smart TV, seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining space. Whether you’re preparing a delicious meal or enjoying a quick breakfast before heading out on your adventures, you’ll find all the essentials at your fingertips, including a dishwasher for effortless cleanup.

Step out onto the patio through the sliding doors of the dining room, and you’ll discover a magical back patio area equipped with outdoor dining, comfortable furnishing for leisurely moments with your loved ones, and a gas BBQ grill to prepare mouthwatering meals that are bound to enhance your cherished memories.

The lower level of Haven House offers a bonus spacious family room with a huge sectional sofa and Smart TV. This is a wonderful place to kick back and enjoy a movie with your loved ones. Also on the lower level is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom providing comfort and privacy for two guests.

Head upstairs where you’ll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a deck and work area, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. A guest bedroom with a queen bed, a second guest bedroom with a twin bunk bed, and a full guest bathroom with a shower tub combo complete the upper level. Each bedroom offers space for a restful night’s sleep.

If a dip in some cool waters is calling your name, you have many options. New in 2024, the association swimming pool and hot tub are just two blocks away and are available year-round. A second swimming pool is located about a 7-minute walk away down by the marina. Enjoy the sunshine while taking a dip and watching the boats go by. If you have your own boat, there are transient slips available for rent through the marina. Another option is Lake Michigan. Only 0.5 miles away is Lake Michigan at Newcome Beach. Here you can squish your toes in the sand, go for a refreshing dip, or enjoy a leisurely walk along the coast.

The association swimming pool at the marina is only open in the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day). The association swimming pool and hot tub near the house are open year-round for your enjoyment. Neither the swimming pool nor the hot tub is private to the house or on the home's property.
There is an association fire pit you are welcome to use. Wood is not provided.
The fireplace is only available in the winter months.
