Up North Family Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this home! This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here and enjoy it each time. Works for our family of 5 plus the grandparents. Great lake view, great fishing; quiet neighborhood. Hot tub is always a bonus at the end of the day. Close enough to Petoskey for shopping and restaurants. Always clean and well kept when we come! Great place to stay with the family!

We had the best vacation at this rental. We had 6 adults and 2 children. The house was set up perfect for each couple to have their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you could want to prepare meals. There are plenty of towels, as well as beach towels. The outside was wonderful. There are plenty of lawn games in the shed and a sandy area for the kids to play in. They also provide kayaks for their guests. We brought our 18 foot aluminum boat and rented a pontoon boat and there was plenty of room to tie them off on the dock. We were able to park 3 trucks, as well as the trailer in the driveway. The days always included fishing of the dock and a soak in the hot tub. We loved it and hope to return next summer.

Beautiful week on the lake

Our family had a great week at this property. When we arrived the property was very clean and appeared just as described in the listing. The check in website was having technical difficulties however Megan was easily reachable and answered all questions. The lake was beautiful and had so much to offer. Would definitely book this property again!

Great summer rental for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked. Large yard for playing games. We enjoyed the hot tub. We were able to dock our pontoon boat there and we liked swimming and fishing off the boat.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We stayed at the property in June 2024 and it was just as described online. We were impressed with the ease of check in/getting in the home as well as the cleanliness of the place. It is in a beautiful setting on the lake with lots of room/privacy from neighbors with a large yard. They had kayaks to use which was super fun for the kids, the foosball table was a hit and there were lots of toys/things to do stored in the shed and lots of games to play too on the back porch. We had such an enjoyable stay and love the Pickerel Lake area we would love to come back again next year! Wonderful family vacation home! Thanks for making our yearly family vacation wonderful!

Great multi family house

We had a great time, the house was as pictured, clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. We enjoyed the hot tub, large grassy play area, bonfires and room to dock our rented pontoon boat. I recommend wearing water shoes as you can walk quite far before it gets deep. The Keurig coffee maker was slow for 6 adults. We had a wonderful week and would love to return.

Wonderful Lake Home

Perfect home for our yearly family vacation. It’s in a quiet area is clean and well kept! We Love using the kayaks and foosball table. The back porch is so perfect to sit in and relax and read. Hot tub is a bonus and loved by the kids. Perfect relaxation spot for vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our week long family vacation (8 adults and 3 children) at the Pickerel Lake Home. It was just as described - spacious, comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything we could possible need. We rented a pontoon boat for the week, which we used everyday for fishing, swimming and taking leisurely rides in the evening. The fire pit was stocked with plenty of wood, the hot tub was clean and cooking utensils were plenty. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful and private property. The property manager was very responsive to questions. The kitchen was stocked with nice pans and a lot of silverware and dining ware. It has a keurig instead of a full coffee pot, so plan accordingly. There was some K cups provided. Lots of towels provided. It got a little warm upstairs, you may want to take a fan. 4 bathrooms was amazing with 4 families. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. There were board games, kayaks, cornhole, foosball, and horse shoes. There are chairs for around the fire but they sit very low so we were glad we brought our own. We caught fish right off the dock. The ground just off the deck is uneven and slopes down and dock is long and kind of narrow if you’re traveling with anyone with mobility issues. Close to Petosky. The party store down the road has SO much. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was a perfect fit for our family of 7 adults and 5 children, It was clean and had everything we needed.
