For a home away from home, look no further than this Sandpiper! This beachfront property is the lower level of a large duplex house and is the ideal place to spend your vacation with family and friends! The 2 bedroom upper level apartment (Eagle Vista) can be rented separately when available. When combining the Eagle Vista with the Sandpiper, the house has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower.

The Sandpiper is fully furnished with 2 king bedrooms, one with an extra double sofa bed, 2 queen bedrooms, one with an extra twin bed; and 1 twin room (2 beds); 2 full bathrooms and fully enclosed outdoor shower. Complete with fully fitted eat-in kitchen, 4 ring stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher as well as washer and dryer. Dining room and kitchen seating for 10 -14 people and adjacent living area seating for 7-8 people. Deck seating for 14; Cable TV and internet is included, and two adult beach badges.

Situated directly on Ocean Avenue, enjoy beach access with included beach badges, and fresh sea air and ocean views from the spacious covered porch! Complete with patio furniture and gas barbeque grillā€“ what more would you need to make this an ideal vacation?

Ideal for family vacation, with playground, mini-golf and regularly scheduled concerts within easy reach! This is a non-smoking property.

Easy Train access: The Bradley Beach train station is less than a mile away, and the train (New Jersey Transit coming from New York City ) will also take you to Point Pleasant Amusement park in about 20 minutes, arriving about 3 blocks from the entrance to the boardwalk. The train into New York City takes about 1 Ā½ hours.
Six Flags Great Adventure, with its safari and water park, is about 40 minutesā€™ drive, in Jackson, NJ.

We had a great stay! Easy access to the beach & a nice walk to Main St & nearby towns. A highlight was watching the sunrise from the spacious front porch while listening to the waves break! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, & a fully equipped kitchen made for a very pleasant stay! Mary Ann is a wonderful host & we are looking forward to our next getaway at The Sandpiper!

Our family had a good time staying here. We enjoyed the front porch especially. The house is in a great location for kids, with the beach, playground and mini golf all in the same block. The house was clean, the kitchen fully stocked, bedrooms were fine, window air conditioners worked. We spent most of our time outdoors and this house worked out well for us.

We had a great time at 906 Ocean Ave. The location across from the beach was awesome. Easy access to the beach every day. Playground for grand kids and mini golf is right across the street. We hope to stay there again.

Great Location

We were all happy with the location, directly across from the beach entrance and the playground. The front porch was the best! We ate out there every evening and continued enjoying the night air until bedtime. The five bedrooms were perfect for our family of eight adults and one child.

Great family reunion in a wonderful house!!!

This is a great house with many rooms and lots of standard features. We came as a family to have a family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. Lots of beds. A big front deck/patio with a view of the sunrise every morning is what made this house perfect for us. We never left the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location in Bradley Beach is perfect. Walking distance to Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. The beach is right across the street and the boardwalk is in perfect condition. We will definitely come back.

A wonderful family vacation house!

This is a wonderful vacation site. The location is perfect, directly across from the ocean with immediate access to miles of beautiful clean, white, sandy beaches. There are ample beds in the house. We slept 13 easily. We ate all our dinners together on the front porch. The rooms are small but it made not a bit of difference. The gift of this house is that enables people to come together in a beautiful setting and revel in each other as well as in the ocean. it could not have been better!!

My family had a fantastic stay!

The area and house was quiet, clean and kid freindly! The house was set up for the perfect vacation for ages 3-84!! We will be renting again for our next family reunion again, that is for sure!

Quintessential Jersey Shore!

The Sandpiper in Bradley Beach exceeded all of our shore vacation dreams. This house is charming and deceivingly spacious! SO many bedrooms and there were no issues with noise at all. We were able to sleep 10 people comfortably. Air conditioners in every room, a huge front porch and STEPS from the family friendly, relaxing gorgeous beach! As a surfer, I spent many hours paddling out right out front (outside of lifeguard duty hours) and lucked out with some swell! The neighborhood is quiet with just enough summer bustle - plus, it's less than a 10 minute drive from Asbury Park. We were worried about the parking, but that was rarely an issue. My brother did get a hefty parking ticket on the side street though which was unfortunate. so a word of caution there. Mary Ann was so accommodating and answered all my questions and everything said in the listing was absolutely true. The house was clean and included all the amenities we could think of needing - you do have to bring your own linens, but there is a laundry room so it never became an issue. We definitely plan on returning to the Sandpiper and would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Mary Ann!

Great Location

Great location directly across from the beach, playground, and miniature golf. The covered porch is perfect for spending time with family and friends. The house was clean and the owners provided excellent service; I appreciated that they were nearby and easy to reach. One bathroom was a bit small and might be a problem for some renters to use easily. Overall a good beach house.

Amazing Beach House w/ Perfect Location

A bunch of stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and have zero regrets. The house is located right on ocean avenue with a beautiful view of the beach. Perfectly located between Asbury and Belmar we were either a walk or a short cab ride away from all of the great local bars and festivities. The rooms are very spacious and the neighbors were super cool. The best part of the whole house is the front deck. Perfect for having a BBQ with friends which we chose to do two out of the three days. Don't miss the opporunity to spend a week at this place.
