Charming Oceanfront Home, With Private Beach, And Stunning Views

You cannot find a better location for your family getaway! This beautiful oceanfront home has its own large sandy backyard, has private beach access and astounding ocean views. Sip your morning coffee on the large decks while watching the beautiful sunrise. Your kids can play in the sand right in front of you, while you cook up a delicious meal on the grill. Eat all your meals on the large deck with an outdoor table that generously seats 8, and has plenty of additional seating. Take a short walk over to Jenkinsons Boardwalk for food, rides and entertainment. You have private access to shared beachfront with other families on the block. Our beach connects to Bradshaw's Beach. No beach passes needed.

This home is ideally laid out for multiple families with its many bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on an oceanfront block with other young families with little kids, this is the perfect environment for a safe and comfortable family vacation. (More details below.)

We had a great stay at this home in Point Pleasant. The location is perfect with small children. They loved playing in the sandy back yard. The beach was a quick walk over the dune. The boardwalk is an easy walk.

Excellent property that I highly recommend. Location right on beach with private path. Nice firepit. Lots of great options for outside venues. Upstairs deck with view of the ocean was the best. Upstairs inside seating area with ocean views also very special. Master bedroom also very special space. Great communication and cooperation before, during and after our stay. Flexibility for arrival and departure times was greatly appreciated. I hope to see this place again.

Another perfect week at this perfectly located, very kid friendly and beautiful beach home. Our second go-round here and it just keeps getting better. We were 3 families plus Gaga and everyone had space to play and space to hide for quiet time.... with a so close beach which was easy to grab a kid for his afternoon nap while adult lounge in sandy yard, lower or upper deck! Canā€™t wait for our third go-round!!

Great house, great location, great owners

The pictures really do not do the inside of this house justice. Two big families stayed here so comfortably. The house is decorated nicely, and the owners have it thoughtfully stocked. The beach is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the sandy back yard and fire pit.

Second time staying at this home. Location is amazing, watched sunrise every morning, beach everyday, dolphins swimming by . Grandkids all together enjoying cousins. Itā€™s all about family. Walk to boardwalk , mini golf, rides, games. Everyday another adventure . One complaintā€¦ it had to end! Miss it so much

Kid friendly beach vacation

This house was spacious enough for ā€œin houseā€ quiet time and well as a sandy yard to watch kids from deck if not on the beach just over the duneā€¦ We loved every moment being together here with everything I wanted at our fingertipsā€¦. Great place for family

A big, comfortable house with lots of room to spread out. Endless beach, and even more endless ocean. For us, lots of moon light. What could be better? We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving there.

Perfect house for a family vacation

We loved the house, it was perfect for a family vacation with young kids. The house is spacious and clean, and the kids loved playing in the sand while the adults relaxed on the deck. The host was responsive and the house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. And it was an ideal location, quiet but a close walk to the boardwalk, even for little legs! Weā€™re hoping to go back again next year!

Perfect for a family vacation

This is a great spot for a relaxed family vacation. The sand in the backyard is perfect for younger kids while you grill on the deck. The views from the upstairs deck and bedroom are phenomenal. The private beach itself is lovely. If you're lucky, you'll get some tidal pools at high tide - again, great for younger kids. The house has all the amenities you need. The owners have really thought of everything you might need.

Family Vacation

Older home with some newer upgrades, but you can not beat the location. Host and Andyman the Handyman, who lives close by, were attentive to issues that did arise. Bedroom layout is ideal for close families with children. Lots of little amenities to help you enjoy your stay. We had a lovely week.

Great house, great location

We loved our stay in this home. We were impressed by the welcome package of snacks and drinks. The house was clean and directions for access and maintenance were easy to follow. The owners keep the home well stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and beach towels/chairs which is very convenient. The fire pit was an added bonus!

This was our 5th year in a row staying at the house. There are 13 of us including myself, my husband, my children and their families. Itā€™s a perfect location for us. Steps to the beach, not far from the boardwalk. The house is well stocked. My 5 grandchildren, ages 7, 6, 5, 5, 5 love the backyard. We also have a perfect view of the sunrise from the second floor deck. This year we had an unwelcome visitor named Erin which kept us off the beach for the latter part of our stay, but we still had a great time and made lots of happy memories. Looking forward to next year!

Another wonderful family vacation

This is the 4th year in a row we have vacationed at this house. It is perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 young children. The location canā€™t be beat- right on the beach with a private walkway. The house itself is wonderful. My grandchildren and I watch the sunrise from the upper deck and the lower deck is just right for gathering for dinner and drinks. I canā€™t think of a better place to make great family memories. We have already booked for next year!!

1209 Beach Front, Point Pleasant Beach has a special place in our familyā€™s ā€œbest vacation destinationsā€! The house is located right on the beach - the owners stock the house with everything you need and a lot of things always forget. Beautiful home in a perfect spot!

I recently rented this property with immediate family (14 of us) and this house was perfect. Plenty of room and many amenities which made our stay very comfortable. You can't beat the location or views from this amazing house! The owners are great. Very hospitable and responsive and were a pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to go back in 2018 and definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great beach house for a large family.

Beautiful, large beachfront home close to everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation!

The property was perfect for our large group for a long weekend beach getaway. The house was nicer than the photos and the location couldn't have been better. Having a private beach was fantastic and being in walking distance to the boardwalk made this home all that much better. The house is very large, clean, and with 7 bedrooms and lots of bathrooms...it was perfect for our group. The owners of the home were a true pleasure to communicate with - very attentive and kind! I'd highly recommend renting this home to anyone looking.

Love, love, love this house! This was the second visit for our family at this wonderful beach house. The host is incredibly easy to work with, answering questions quickly and clearly. The beachfront location is perfect for any season, you can either enjoy the surf in the warmer weather or walk the beach/boardwalk in cooler weather. We have made some amazing family memories in this house and plan to make many more. Looking forward to our next visit!
