Relax with your friends & family at this peaceful place.

The Space
In-law suite has a private entrance. The space is separated by a door that locks. Suite includes spacious 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat-in full kitchen, central cooling (AC) and heating system, washer & dryer, and outdoor private picnic table area. Entire suite and picnic table area are on one floor and on the first floor. There is outdoor 2-step stairs to get into the suite. Please see the photo.

7 minutes walk to elementary school playground.

Drive 6 minutes to take Commuter Rail to Boston and Salem from the suite. Search MBTA commuter rail weekend pass.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire suite, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, outdoor private picnic table area, and off-street parking spaces on property's driveway: max. 1 vehicle
Bedroom A: 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed
Bedroom B: 1 queen size bed

Other things to note
To maintain great sharing environment in the suite, no gun, no assault weapons, no smoking (including Marijuana), no illegal drugs, no pets, and no parties indoor and outdoor, please.

Your cleaning fee goes to our crew who will be arriving after your departure to handle all the linens, floors, surfaces, and garbage removal. We only ask that you clean up the dishes you have used, remove all your garbage out of the suite, and dump them into a large trash bin outdoor before you are on your way. Thank you!

Please note that we do not provide any food or drinks. Guests are not allowed to use fireplace.
