Short drive to downtown Falmouth and beaches. Ten minutes to Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Three minutes to The Goodwill Park, where you can enjoy biking, kayaking, BBQ and a great children play area. Needed a place to stay with my dog for Labor Day weekend. Found this lovely home in Falmouth close proximity via car to everything. Recently remodeled, plenty of space.

Great Place to stay

We love this property. This was the second stay this year and we're planning to go again next year. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. The owners are lovely people and very attentive to all the details. The location is great. It's not far from many of the destinations in the area.

The hosts, Betina and Gerson are wonderful people. They quickly became friends with us--very accommodating people. You could not find nicer human beings to rent from and to host renters.The only negative was that the two beds should be king size and firmer. Queen size beds did not work well for us. Other than that--simply a terrific stay for us.

This house was amazing, probably the best rental we've stayed in. It was incredibly clean and had very nice, comfy furniture that made it feel super homey. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The host was very attentive, provided thorough answers to all questions and was quick to respond. The house was easy to access and convenient to all of our activities. One thing to note: While the house says entire home rental, there is a family that lives in a separate unit connected to the house. They were friendly and kept to themselves other than saying hello so it's not an issue but was surprising at first.

Beautiful unit with lots of light and SO clean. Parking right out front. Quick drive to Main Street in Falmouth and ferry to Marthaā€™s Vineyard.

Great location in middle Falmouth

Great accessibility to major roadways leading to all areas of interest - shopping, beaches, dining. Everything was perfect. One comment is the great accesibility lent itself to road noise. We had a dog so we were up early anyway, but if you want the sleep-in experience it would not be your pick.

Great house in a great area that feels brand new

This newly renovated house feels brand new. Everything in this spacious home felt new and modern. Plenty of room for everyone in the family. There was a large back deck with a gas grill. The home is small dog friendly so our family was able to bring their small dog. The location is close to everything and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Canā€™t say enough positive things about this property. Beautiful house with plenty of room. Everything was brand new. Multiple areas to sit and relax. Beautiful bedrooms. Kitchen and appliances were amazing. Fantastic outdoor deck on the back of the house. Quiet location on dead end street. Communication with owners was outstanding. Easy check in. We will definitely be renting here again.

Spacious, Well-Appointed Home

The home was much larger than expected. Two large living/sitting rooms, large modern kitchen/dining area, two full sized bathrooms, and good sized bedrooms. Furniture was stylish and comfortable, inside and out on the deck. Kitchen was very well-equipped with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils. There were plenty of extra linens and lots of supplies for the beach. We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and newly remodeled property!

beautifully appointed property

This is a wonderful property, newly renovated, very weel equipped with high-end kitchen appliances, and beautifully decorated. Location is good, on a dead-end street at the edge of Goodwill Park, about 2.5mi from center of Falmouth, and about 2mi from the Shining Sea Bike Path. The host is very responsive and helpful. It includes 3 good-sized bedrooms, one on first floor and 2 on second floor. One full bath on each floor, plus outdoor shower with hot water. 2 common living areas. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful home

The house was decorated beautifully. I was upset upon check in that this is not a house rental but a half of a duplex rental. I was not aware before checking in that another family with children lived on the property. I booked under the intention it was going to be a house and saw no where in the listing that another family lived on the property. The property manager was friendly and easy to get a hold of. The house was nicely updated.

Exploring Lower Cape

Beautiful remodeled property in a neighborhood setting. Open kitchen concept with new appliances. Lacking amenities (seasonings, trash bags, paper goods, aluminum foil). Towels linen and soap/ shampoo provided was a bonus. Large deck with lots of patio furniture & nice outdoor shower. Unaware that a tenant lived upstairs , although they were very quiet, the house is not totally private and information was not disclosed. Owner was very quick to respond to any concerns. Thanks for the memories!!

Falmouth home

A beautiful property and gorgeous home. Pictures were spot on. Appears to have been renovated in the last year or two, everything was excellent! Could use a few more pots/pans/spices/cleaning supplies. Gave it a 4 star for accuracy only because the listing does not indicate there is a renter in an upstairs apartment. The entrances are completely private/separate, and the renters were quiet and other than a few footsteps, we wouldn't have known they were there. Elizabeth was very prompt with replying to my inquiries on wi-fi passwords and several other small things. She was even able to accommodate an early check-in for us! While it is not walkable to the beach, there are several within a 10ā€“15-minute drive, and the local restaurants were superb! There were only two of us, but there is plenty of room for at least six. Hoping to come back with our girls and their spouses/boyfriends in the future.

Duplex unit

There were a lot of positive things to say about the unit including the location, newly renovated interior, beautiful kitchen/deck, and parking. Bedrooms were nice. We wish upstairs had better AC coverage, it got a bit hot. Beautiful 2 full bathrooms. However, I was traveling with an 8 month old and our friends had a 1 year old that were woken up by the people that lived on the other side of the unit several nights after 9:30. It seemed intentionally hidden that you do not have this entire property and it made a big difference to someone like us. Probably would have picked a different place. There wasnā€™t really info about the check in/checkout process but otherwise the host was easy to reach. This may be an ideal spot for some people but it didnā€™t quite work for us.
