Ideal for both entertaining and family gatherings. This newer, 3,411 sq. ft, luxury retreat offers a spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a 1st floor master bedroom with screened-in porch and french doors opening from the family room on to the deck and in-ground pool area. Wireless internet access, air conditioning, Bose sounds system, 60" HD TV, cozy reading nooks, outdoor shower and upstairs TV/Game room add to the amenities of this inviting home.
Why this home? This breezy and super relaxing home is close to everything. Walk to several beaches, browse Old Falmouth Center shoppes, or dine at the many wonderful restaurants in Wood's Hole and Falmouth center.

The pool was the highlight for us. Even on chillier mornings, the heated pool was a great feature! We enjoyed the super quiet neighborhood and the ease of getting to town and to surrounding areas.

This house was perfection. Our family of 4 , and both sets of laws had an absolutely fantastic time. The house has everything and it’s really obvious the owners put a lot of thought into the experience. Close to everything, the house is very spacious while being cosy and homey with many special touches. The pool is also perfect. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Another great trip!

This was our 5th year staying at this house and each year is better than the last! The house is well maintained and stocked with anything you may need. The pool is always the best part, along with being so close to downtown and the beach. Can’t wait to go back next year!

A Place of Memories

This is our 6 th year renting this beautiful property. We’ve created many wonderful moments with are adult kids and grandkids that they will always remember. It has become a place of joy for us. Beautiful vacation home

We spent a week at this house and we’re all feeling sad to leave . It’s a wonderful home for a family vacation. Every aspect was perfect from the property, pool, house provided everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Lovely house in a great location

The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with essentials. While the house and gardens are excellent, the amenity that we loved most was the pool. One of my favorite vacation rentals yet. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely place. We hope to be back!

Perfect Stay

This property was immaculately clean - nothing needed to be done or handled. Everything was easy to find and easy to use. The pool was lovely. The owner was easily reachable for any questions that arose. Really lovely place.

Wonderful experience

I cannot say enough good things about this property and our hosts. The house sits on a private lot. The pool is awesome and the house had comfortable furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed. Best Mom & Sisters trip!

Better every year

This was our 4th year renting from George and Lynn and somehow it gets better every time! The house is a perfect fit for our group with plenty to do in the area, bike trail nearby and the backyard is an absolute dream with the beautiful pool. Counting down until our stay next year!

Beautiful Home Lovely Owners

Wonderful Stay

What a beautiful house, we absolutely loved our stay here. I can see why so many return to this house! It’s beautiful and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay perfect! We’ve never vacationed on Cape Cod had no clue where to stay but after reading all the great reviews, we picked this house and it did not disappoint! Cape cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are all so beautiful. A must visit at lest once in your lifetime!! We hope to get back again and will stay at George and Lynn Villa’s house, it’s just perfect and they were so easy to work with before and during our stay.

Hidden Gem

Our family (5 adults, a 3-year old and a 10-month old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, large, clean home. There was more than enough room to spread out, inside and out. The pool is gorgeous and the water was so refreshing. Very convenient to Woods Hole (bus depot is super easy transport to Logan Airport; and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard). Not an easy walking neighborhood but great places to walk are short drives away. We loved this home! Thank you to owners for sharing it.

What A Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We rented this VRBO for our family to stay in for our son's wedding weekend. The house was spacious, immaculate, and had all the amenities. Comfortable beds, hotel quality towels, and loads of kitchenware for entertaining. The bedrooms were spacious. Tons of space to spread out and relax. We stayed in mid-September and were thrilled to find out the swimming pool was heated. We swam every day. Close to downtown and convenient to all the Cape has to offer.

You Won’t Be Disappointed!

This was our fourth year at this property. You won’t be disappointed. The owners are fastidious about maintaining the property. The yard is beautifully maintained as is the home.I wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Vella. We have so many fond memories together as a family at this beautiful property! EXCELLENT!!!

This home is exceptional! It truly has it all. We stayed for 2 weeks and we didn't want to leave. This warm and inviting house is impeccably maintained both inside and out. The very private grounds, including the heated pool, are stunning! With close proximity to downtown, Woods Hole, the ferry, bike trails and beaches, there is plenty to do! The owners were wonderful and couldn't have been more gracious. Do not hesitate to rent this extraordinary home, you won't be disappointed!!

Perfect house for a Cape Escape

This is our second time staying at this house — which is a statement in itself. Spacious, clean, convenient are the first words that come to mind. We were a large crowd - 7 adults. There was plenty of space to congregate — in the comfy living room, big dining room or poolside. And there is plenty of space to be separate - to work separately in an “office” or just read in peace. House was well stocked (we like to cook) , comfortable beds, sheets and convenient to have towels. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful home.

This home was absolutely immaculate and perfect. Close to everything in Falmouth and Woods Hole. We enjoyed going to The Knob almost every day. My husband caught blue fish and stripped bass there. The back yard and pool was a lot of fun. Enjoyed every minute there.

Everything was nice and clean.

Loved the property. The upstairs air conditioner was broken when we arrived but was repaired a few days later. Did not affect us too much.

This property will not disappoint

This property is highly recommended. My family are also repeat renters for this property. In addition to all the great things mentioned in the reviews, the layout of the house is what we love - how the kitchen and living areas flow to the patio and pool area - it makes for a very relaxing stay. Also, the property owners are very responsive to any questions or issues that might arise during the stay.
