Kima Condominium 302 is located at 14300 Gulf Blvd. at Madeira Beach, Florida, just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. HAS INTERNET. Fishing, boating, swimming, relaxing sunsets, shell seeking, sun bathing, restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing excursions, gambling cruises and world famous JOHNS PASS VILLAGE are all within walking distance for your enjoyment. 302 has a beautiful ocean front view from the living/dining area and master bedroom. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a TV in each bedroom and a 55 Inch flat screen TV in the living room. The building has a heating pool, sun bathing deck and an elevator and two staircases.
This unit is a direct ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. The unit has all tile floors, great for any allergy suffers. Flat screen tv in living area and a tv in each bedroom. Decorated in a beach decor. See both the ocean and beach from the living room and master bathroom. Saturday to Saturday rentals only. We love pets but they are not allowed.

Just a short drive to St. Petersburg/Clearwater and its attractions (Pier, Dali Museum, Baseball Spring Training, golf/tennis) is only 20 minutes away; Tampa has a beautiful aquarium and Busch Gardens are 45 minutes away. Orlando and its attractions (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) is less than 2 hours away!

We have an extra large open air balcony and the best rates on the beach!!! You would be renting from an owner and we pass the savings along to you so you, we have may guest that return year after year and know you will have a great time and would want to return again and again.

Rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 3 p.m. Saturday and check out by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. We can allow greater flexibility for check-in/check-out times and dates during 'off' (value) season (after labor day), or if approved in advance.

* Local Hotel/Motel taxes and cleaning fees are an additional 13%.

* On a budget? Try to schedule your vacation in 'off' (value) season (after labor day) The beach is just as beautiful, and your vacation will be cheaper!

We had a great stay! Chuck was very attentive in answering any and all questions we had both before and after our stay. The condo has a beautiful view! We went into this knowing that it wasn't completely updated but it had everything we needed and was super clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much!

The host Charles Lunsford was so helpful and easy to talk to.The Condo was so well stocked from salt and pepper to beach towels and so on. The place was so clean and the pool was nice and warm. Outside furniture looked brand new. The view and layout were spectacular! very well taken care of. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The tvs were all easy to operate and big sizes.We plan to stay at Kima condos again! Parking was well thought through. Elevators were clean and fast.

Nice condo, great location

This condo was just as advertised and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect, closeness to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach which never disappoints! The condo had everything we needed, no problems at all with the facility, the check in and check out process were easy, the owner was straight forward and great to deal with. This is definitely a place we will stay at again on our next trip to Mad Beach!

Great location and view

Four of us got together for a girl's week. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Couldn't ask for a better setting. The ocean was right there and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and having our breakfast. The area was quiet and clean and not too crowded. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There's a TV in every room. We could walk to several restaurants. The beach was awesome and there's a set-up service that's worth the money. And unless you bring your own beach chairs, you'll need it. Cons: The word "minimalist" comes to mind when trying to describe the condo. The condo is not very well-equipped if you plan on doing any cooking. We ate out or ordered in every night, so that wasn't really an issue. There were only two bath towels per person and there were only two washcloths for the entire condo. There was one trash bag in the kitchen trash can and no others. So bring a couple of those. You'll have to buy paper towels and toilet paper because there wasn't much of those, either. The shower in the master bathroom slopes down into the drain, so be careful when you step into it. There was a new bar of soap on the vanity, but a used bar of soap in the shower. A flashlight would have given us more light than the outside light on the balcony did. Most other condos we've stayed in had a supply of games and books. There was not one to be found. I had gotten an email from VRBO with the internet username and password on it. The password wouldn't work, even after all of us tried several times. I called the owner and he yelled at me that it was Saturday afternoon and that we must be putting in the wrong numbers. When he actually let me talk, I read him the number that VRBO had given us and he admitted it was wrong. Since check-in and check-out is on Saturday, then if you're the owner, I'd think you want to make sure you speak nicely to the people who are paying you money, especially at check-in. All that being said, if you're prepared ahead of time, you'll love it.

Yearly vacation

As excepted with with an exception entirely out of the control of the owner. We had fishermen in front of our condo the entire week we were there. They caught at least three hammerhead sharks. We all know they are there but we don’t invite them ashore. We felt like we couldn’t get in the water. Very disappointed.

Very clean property.

Everything was good. My only recommendation would be to do some updates. However, I am sure the price would increase. So if you are looking for a cheaper stay and clean unit and do not care about updated furnishings, then this is the place for you.

Amazing Location

This property worked perfectly for our family spring break to FL. Condo was well furnished, comfortable, quiet, safe/secure and had incredible beach/gulf/sunset views. Location was perfect with easy access to so many great restaurants, shopping areas, etc. Beach is gorgeous and perfect for lounging or long walks. Would recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Spectacular View

We chose this property due to its location and price. We stayed the month of January. The Condo has the best view of the gulf/sunset of any we have stayed at before. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping etc. Everything was clean and in working order. The living room has a very nice large flat screen tv. The Master bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. The owner checked with us upon departure to ensure we had a great time. He also asked us to let him know of anything that needed repair, but we advised him that everything was fine. We are going to book again.

Condo dirty…. Charles vulgar language

The condo was very dirty. We texted pictures to Charles. He called us, screaming at us, using vulgar language , called us vulgar names,stated we expected too much and stated amongst swearing at us he was coming over to kick us out”. We had to call the police…they agreed, they spoke to Charles at length, a cleaning gal came, spent only 25 mins , dusted furniture surfaces, cleaned bathrooms, and scrubbed oven, stove and refrigerator. She also did bring fresh towels as the ones hanging did not appear clean. We were too frightened to request any further cleaning and spent the next 4 hours scrubbing floors,cupboards,dishes and vents. The cleaning pail and mobs smelled and had mildew. We also washed all the dishes we planned on using and washed all the bedding, one bed even had crumbs in it. The ceiling fans were coated in thick dust. The oven and stove didn’t work properly, the dishwasher didn’t dry the dishes. We have made a formal complaint to Vrbo. We feel Charles owes us an apology for not only the condition of the condo but also for the way he treated us.We also feel at least a partial refund is appropriate.

Kima condos is a 30 unit building only 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, get for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. The pool has gated entrance and many lounge and chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
