Kima Condominium 302 is located at 14300 Gulf Blvd. at Madeira Beach, Florida, just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. HAS INTERNET. Fishing, boating, swimming, relaxing sunsets, shell seeking, sun bathing, restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing excursions, gambling cruises and world famous JOHNS PASS VILLAGE are all within walking distance for your enjoyment. 302 has a beautiful ocean front view from the living/dining area and master bedroom. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a TV in each bedroom and a 55 Inch flat screen TV in the living room. The building has a heating pool, sun bathing deck and an elevator and two staircases.
This unit is a direct ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. The unit has all tile floors, great for any allergy suffers. Flat screen tv in living area and a tv in each bedroom. Decorated in a beach decor. See both the ocean and beach from the living room and master bathroom. Saturday to Saturday rentals only. We love pets but they are not allowed.

Just a short drive to St. Petersburg/Clearwater and its attractions (Pier, Dali Museum, Baseball Spring Training, golf/tennis) is only 20 minutes away; Tampa has a beautiful aquarium and Busch Gardens are 45 minutes away. Orlando and its attractions (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) is less than 2 hours away!

We have an extra large open air balcony and the best rates on the beach!!! You would be renting from an owner and we pass the savings along to you so you, we have may guest that return year after year and know you will have a great time and would want to return again and again.

Rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 3 p.m. Saturday and check out by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. We can allow greater flexibility for check-in/check-out times and dates during 'off' (value) season (after labor day), or if approved in advance.

* Local Hotel/Motel taxes and cleaning fees are an additional 13%.

* On a budget? Try to schedule your vacation in 'off' (value) season (after labor day) The beach is just as beautiful, and your vacation will be cheaper!

We had a great stay! Chuck was very attentive in answering any and all questions we had both before and after our stay. The condo has a beautiful view! We went into this knowing that it wasn't completely updated but it had everything we needed and was super clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much!

The host Charles Lunsford was so helpful and easy to talk to.The Condo was so well stocked from salt and pepper to beach towels and so on. The place was so clean and the pool was nice and warm. Outside furniture looked brand new. The view and layout were spectacular! very well taken care of. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The tvs were all easy to operate and big sizes.We plan to stay at Kima condos again! Parking was well thought through. Elevators were clean and fast.

Amazing Location

This property worked perfectly for our family spring break to FL. Condo was well furnished, comfortable, quiet, safe/secure and had incredible beach/gulf/sunset views. Location was perfect with easy access to so many great restaurants, shopping areas, etc. Beach is gorgeous and perfect for lounging or long walks. Would recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Excellent condo on the beach!

We stayed at Kima for a week and couldnā€™t have had a better experience. The condo is clean and well-equipped with anything you could need. The location is extraordinary. I donā€™t know what was betterā€¦being an elevator ride and a few steps from the beach or sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean at any time. I think this our favorite place we have ever stayed out of all of the times we have visited Florida. If this condo is available, jump on it!

Just right

This unit was just what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, good sized, and right on the beach. It isn't overly fancy but everything worked as it should and we found it to fit our needs perfectly. We made comment that it was the first place we had ever stayed in Florida where the air conditioning actually cooled the condo down during the day. All in all we loved it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Awesome View

We could not ask for a better view from the condo. We watched dolphins every morning, and enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Make sure if you book this property that your instructions include a code to get in the building. Ours was missing from the paperwork and created a problem. Also, if you do have a problem, text rather than call for a faster response. The elevator did go out, but was resolved quickly. Loved the location and the great access to the beach. The pool was nice too.

Spectacular View

We chose this property due to its location and price. We stayed the month of January. The Condo has the best view of the gulf/sunset of any we have stayed at before. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping etc. Everything was clean and in working order. The living room has a very nice large flat screen tv. The Master bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. The owner checked with us upon departure to ensure we had a great time. He also asked us to let him know of anything that needed repair, but we advised him that everything was fine. We are going to book again.

Yearly vacation

As excepted with with an exception entirely out of the control of the owner. We had fishermen in front of our condo the entire week we were there. They caught at least three hammerhead sharks. We all know they are there but we donā€™t invite them ashore. We felt like we couldnā€™t get in the water. Very disappointed.

Nice large condo, but in need of upsates

Condo itself was roomy and nice decor. Things needed updating include: front bathroom, refrigerator, and the stove is from the 1970's. We called about the pool needing attention and it was cleaned quickly. The building was clean and located in a very nice area, but offers no amenities other than it's located on the beach with a pool. We were ok with it, however anyone looking for grills, shuffleboard, ice machines, or vending machines should look elsewhere. Yes

Kima condos is a 30 unit building only 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, get for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. The pool has gated entrance and many lounge and chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
