Summer and winter alike, your family will have a great time while staying in this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath classic NW cabin. The first floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and a grand easterly exposure courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features a brick hearth fireplace (firewood provided) for cozying up to, along with a flat-screen monitor with Roku and a comfortable sectional couch. This is augmented by a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a wraparound counter/breakfast bar, and a dining table with optional seating for up to eight persons. A short hallway leads to a bedroom with two full-sized beds, one full bath, and a mud/laundry room with a stack washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-set of standard-sized bunk beds, a master bedroom with 1-queen sized sleigh bed, and a nicely crafted ¾-bath. Just outside, east of the main floor, there are sliding doors that access a nice deck for sipping your favorite beverages and taking in the splendor of Mt. Baker, while just outside, west of the main floor, there’s a small porch with a pathway to a private HOT TUB! Don’t forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2-pet maximum. No exceptions) and WiFi* equipped family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
