Living space

The living room is designed for the kind of unhurried relaxation that beach trips are made of. A generous sofa and loveseat anchor the room, joined by a classic blue leather Morris chair for those who want their own comfortable corner. A flat-screen TV and DVD/CD system sit in a wall-unit entertainment center - handy for quieter evenings in. Step through to the formal dining area, where a rustic wooden table seats up to six, making shared meals easy and convivial.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at your own pace - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. No grocery run will leave you unprepared.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1 features a king bed with night tables and a private en-suite bathroom with a new walk-in shower. A door opens directly onto the balcony - a quiet spot to catch the morning air before the day begins. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and a twin bed, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The living room also has a sofa bed, accommodating up to six guests in total.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are private and well-appointed. The primary bath features a newly installed walk-in shower, while the second bathroom includes a bathtub - useful if you want to soak after a long day on the beach. Hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products are all included.

 

Practicalities

In-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, iron, hangers, bed linens, and all the essentials - towels, sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are provided. The building has an elevator, and self check-in via smart lock makes arrival effortless. Long-term stays are welcome.

The condo is located on the second story above the parking garage - giving you easy elevator access alongside a welcome degree of privacy. Beach access runs through the Sea Crest complex directly across the street, where guests can also use the oceanfront pool. Coligny Plaza is right next door for dining, shopping, and the laid-back energy that makes Forest Beach a perennial favorite. Restaurants, bars, and local shops are all within easy reach.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
