*Parking note; Mariner's Way offers a limited number of unassigned parking spaces for residents and guests directly outside the building, as well as an unloading zone for temporary use upon arrival. Additional public parking is available surrounding the property in a number of lots, but during peak season and busy hours, spaces can be scarce due to high demand, so mid-afternoon arrival may require patience on some days. During summer months, (Memorial Day - Labor Day), plan ahead and use the Sea Pines Trolley during peak times. Parking is generally easy to find during the off-season.

We spent 3 days at this beautiful property. The condo was well furnished and fully stocked for a very pleasant stay. The layout is great for a family or friends gathering and the hosts thought of every detail. Great neighborhood only steps away from the Lighthouse, Harbor, and great restaurants. It was also very easy to go anywhere in Sea Pines or the rest of Hilton Head Island. The hosts communicated with us several times during our stay to make sure our stay was pleasant. We felt well cared for. If you are visiting HHI, 681 Mariner's Way is the place to be!

The best vacation!

The property was wonderful and within walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. We loved being in the middle of everything but also able to relax. The owners were wonderful to work with and communication was great! We can’t wait to return!

Excellent place to stay

Harbour Town Penthouse is amazing. Very well appointed, impeccably decorated. Completely renovated. Near restaurants, shops and more. Owners were great to work with. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay there again

Quick stay in Hilton Head

We spent two days here before we headed to Charleston for a wedding. We had never been to Hilton Head and the condo and location were great! Close to great food, the lighthouse and beautiful harbor. Would love to come back.

Excellent Stay

Everything was perfect and just like we imagined. New, fresh and very clean plus the location was amazing!!!!! Right in the heart of great restaurants and entertainment yet very quiet still. Terrific place to stay!

Perfect location

Walking distance to Quarterdeck and Crazy Crab, plus Harbour Bakery for morning coffee / breakfast. We rented bikes and it was a nice ride to the Beach Club. Will rent again!

Optimal Location

A beautiful home right on top of the desirable shops and views of Harbour Town. Walkable to restaurants and the Harbour Town Golf Links. Can’t wait to come back again.

Great location

Our family loved staying here! It was close proximity to everything we love doing in Harbour Town! Paul was great with communication and was very timely with any concerns or questions. I would definitely recommend this property to other families as the location is great and the playground is just outside the home.

Great Place

Beautifully decorated condo was a perfect place for old friends to share some time together. The location could not have been better! We never moved our car, but walked to restaurants and shopping. All three of us were very pleased with the accommodations!

Wonderful host and amazing property

We have visited HH for years for the Heritage Golf Tournament, and this is by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The condo is in the perfect location and has everything you need for your stay. Paul is wonderful to work with. He was super helpful and very responsive. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect stay!

We had a fantastic time at the Harbour Town Penthouse. Paul was wonderful and very communicative. He clearly wanted to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The house is immaculate and well stocked with anything you may need to make your visit enjoyable. We loved the beach-y decor. The location was fabulous with the playground right there for the kids and shopping, restaurants and more all around you. We truly enjoyed all the thoughtful touches throughout the home.

Wonderful 1st Stay at HHI

Our family of 4 just had an amazing stay. Loved the decor, and we had everything we needed- even including beach umbrella and chairs! The layout for family of 4(with 2 boys- 14 and 10) was great. It was our 1st trip to Sea Pines and we could not have asked for a more perfect experience. The Location at Harbor Town is awesome for walking to dinner, walking by the lighthouse, shops, pier and such easy access to the trolley. Paul was so easy to work with from the time of booking to check-in day. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Perfect Location and Beautiful Property

Paul and Lynn are gracious host. They are responsive and easy to work with. The property is well equipped with all the amenities and essentials you will need and is very clean. I felt comfortable and rested well. The location is perfect and is kid friendly. At my first stay, my daughter, mother and I experienced a double sunset. It was a perfect way to end the trip and we hope to be back. Thank you Paul and Lynn for being great hosts.
