Minutes away from Simba Run, you'll be in Vail Village where numerous eateries, convenience stores, and parks await. During the cooler months, be sure to don your skis for thrilling rides down the slopes at Vail Ski Resort. Sunny months can be spent exploring the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, the Vail Golf Club, and the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater.
After a day filled with brand-new memories, head inside the elegantly decorated interior of your stay. With an open-concept layout and continued views, all of life's little luxuries are met. Gather for family movie nights on the cozy seating in the living room. Whip up home-cooked meals amongst the kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The condo's bedrooms are equally comfortable, and the private washer/dryer ensures your adventure gear is always clean. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests pay a $26 resort fee at check-in to the front desk directly to access resort amenities. This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Ski shuttle details: Simba Run has a free winter shuttle from the Condo Complex to Vail Village
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Overall this was a great stay for our family and was beyond a comfortable place to come home to after a day of skiing.The kitchen was well maintained and well stocked, making it easy to cook meals for us and another family that was staying in a different unit on the property.There were a couple minor maintenance issues which I have notified the rental manager about (Vacasa), which included the sinks not draining quickly and a broken chair in the dining area. These were not deal breakers for our stay and hopefully will be remedied before the next guests.Contrary to other reviews, we did not have any issues with noise from the road, etc., possible because conditions were mostly mild and there wasn't a ton of traffic coming through, etc.

Simba Run at Vail
Great place to stay. Loved the shuttle and amenities. 2 bedroom was spacious. A little dated but clean. Upon arrival all sliding doors to the outside were unlocked. Would stay again.

Vacasa is terrible
Amenities were very nice (though one would hope so for the price. People who worked the front desk were so so - some nice, a couple not so friendly. The management (Vacasa) of the actual unit however was awful. Horrible communicators, absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Also a couple of chairs were already broken when I checked into the Vrbo, and they never fixed or replaced them.

Loud Highway Traffic Noise
The condo itself was fine with comfortable furniture and a sell equipped kitchen. The master bedroom does not have any closet and you have to use a somewhat awkward closet in the 2nd bedroom.
The unit faces HWY 70 which is less than 150' away which has constant and loud traffic noise day and night. It was very hard to sleep in the unit and we ended up leaving a number of days early due to the noise.
The complex has a very big indoor pool and an indoor and outdoor spa which were nice to have.
The check-in staff did not have our unit number from Vacasa and complained that Vacasa is terrible to work with. This delayed our check-in by about 20min.
The listing says there is a daily use fee which you have to pay after arriving but this was not true. I also had a lot of trouble trying to confirm this fee with Vacasa.
The kitchen disposal did not work but Vacasa sent a property manager over pretty quickly and we got that sorted.
