This luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo sleeps up to 7 and offers panoramic views of the Gulf – sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. N5 Villas on the Gulf is furnished with a tropical theme throughout, making this a comfortable retreat. There is a TV in both bedrooms and a TV in the living room. Featuring a gourmet kitchen, this condo is ideal for all of your culinary needs. Quality linens, a community pool, Smart TVs throughout the condo, and WiFi are just some of the amenities. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the finer things in life, this is the place for you.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 until August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.

Special monthly rates are available from January until March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments made.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Great location perfect amenities and very quiet complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is Gulf front and provides an amazing view. The decor is beach chic and well stocked with good quality kitchen and dinner wares. Hard to conjure up a complaint but wifi comes in and out and the only thing lacking were coasters and perhaps an additional wastebasket.

Great location and view of beach

Place had a great view and everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The cleanliness of the place was not very good. Light fixtures and fans need dusting and cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen all need a good wipe down. Also all the doors had fingerprints and dirt on them. Baseboards were dirty also. We were overall happy with the place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect size for us. The floors were hard to keep clean. The grout held a lot of sand and my husband had to sweep 2 every day. The place smelled musty even though it was clean. When we got home everything we had brought with us smelled musty. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. The bed in the main bedroom was cozy.

Well equipped condo right on the beach perfect for a small family or a few friends/family members

We went to the beach for a "sister's getaway". The three of us enjoyed our stay. The condo had just about everything we could have asked for. The decor is updated and very nice. We called management about a problem we were having with wifi. They looked into it and said they'd get back to us. We ended up figuring it out. Not long after, they called us back to state that someone would be there in the morning to assist. Even though we fixed the problem, we really appreciated getting a follow up call. In addition to the standard items, the owners provided ziplock baggies, clothing detergent, beach towels, aluminum foil and ice for our use. They also provided a very detailed list of helpful hints and "how-tos" for guests. Although it was comfortable for us (3 adults), this condo is about 900 feet so I would not advise it for a large family. We were very pleased with our accommodations and would stay there again if we went back to Pensicola Beach.

We wished that the property managers took a little better care of the beach shower area. Was a waste of time to shower your feet off then walk across wet sand to the room.
