Visited this property on 5 occasions over the years. Our granddaughters are now 16 and 17 and grandsons are 19 months, 5 and 9. It had been a few years and the granddaughters wanted to make another memorable trip and that we did. Great times as always

We enjoyed everything that was under the control of the owner. House was nice. Beach access was great. Only problem came from biting flies that ran us out of the pool a couple of days but that comes with being on the coast.

Amazing Place

This place is amazing! The beach is only steps away and we watched dolphins, pelicans and a crane every day. The house was very clean, much larger than anticipated and the bonus room was great to let our young grand daughter play and be entertained away from the stairs. Everyone enjoyed the pool as well! Highly recommend this property!!

Private, Quiet, and Relaxing

We spent some time here in early April, and despite some cooler weather, this property was so quiet and relaxing and inviting. It's not a busy area at all and had no traffic noise. The beach is private and quiet and so conveniently close. We did fight some biting gnats while we visited and did suffer from a couple splinters from the decking, but it was so worth it. Definitely recommend this property for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation!

The Beach House is beautiful and relaxing! Just sitting on the back porch anytime of day, time seems to slow down and you don't worry about the small stuff. The location is great! You feel tucked away from it all, but yet so close to town. The pool was a big hit for all ages and you just can't beat the private beach! Beautiful Location

The location and house were exceptional, very clean well appointed, and lots of space. Absolutely beautiful sunsets. Abundant wildlife every day. A true jewel on the Mississippi coast. Everyone in the group agreed we would definitely come back. If I were to make 1 suggestion it would be to add a couple of ceiling fans to the upstairs and downstairs porches to turn on when the breeze stalls.

Awesome location, beautiful house, nice pool.

Located on a low traffic road, quiet and peaceful. Salt water pool was fantastic, and the beach is only about 100 feet away from back yard. The house has great decks to watch the gulf from, beautiful kitchen, media room, living room, dining room, 3 inside baths, and 4 very nice bedrooms. Under house parking is a nice addition, and a pool area bath is convenient. Our group of 8 was very comfortable, and happy. Hope to book again in the future.

Great Views of the ocean. kids enjoyed Swimming. Looking for shells on the beach and the ghost Crabs. And a lot more stuff to do. We seen a alligator in the ocean. Not too far from this property. Excellent Vacation; Great Location

We were a group of 8; 4 adults and 4 adult children; 2 families. We had great space for all of us. We enjoyed the Pool, the decks, the beach and the House. The kids enjoyed fishing all the time and catching the crabs and releasing them. We got to see Dolphins swimming around in front of us. We did a short trip into New Orleans and also went into Biloxi. The weather was excellent every day. We had some good family time and hopefully will be able to come back in the future. Thank you for letting us vacation in this wonderful home.

Fantastic house and location

Checking was easy. The house matched the listing on VRBO. This is the first vrbo that had we have stayed in that a stocked kitchen, which included spices, condiments, even flour, sugar, salt, etc. The pool water was crystal clear, the concrete in the pool is a dark color just like in the pictures, which assisted in having the water warm. This is the third time we have stayed at a VRBO on this road and love the location and the ocean front view. There are restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores close to the meeting.

Lovely place and location! Felt like we were on our own private ā€œisland/beach!ā€ Pictures do not do the place justice! So clean! Can actually sleep more than 12 if you include sofas and air mattresses. There are actually 4 full baths and a 1/2 bath if you include the full bath on lower level by pool. Place was fully stocked with everything you would need! The only thing that wouldā€™ve made this place better is if the pool was heated! We stayed in mid-April and it was too cold to use. Would love to come back again and stay a week during warmer weather!

This property is perfect and has everything you need. We lucked out when we went because none of the houses around us were rented or the owners werenā€™t home, so we had the entire beach area to ourselves. It was the most peaceful, beautiful vacation weā€™ve had in a long time !!You can wade out in the water and wade fishā€¦ we caught trout and what we think was either a triple tail, or a sheepā€™s head and several smaller fish we had to throw back - and many crab in the traps.The pool was amazing. The views were amazing you can watch the sunset over the ocean Springs Biloxi Bridge. They have a speaker system where you can hook up to your phone through Bluetooth and play your music out by the pool or in various parts of the house. We drove into old town Ocean Springs several times and shopped and ate at several of the restaurants. The funky monkey has great burgers and thatā€™s where we got our bait. The owners there are super nice.It was a short drive one day in Biloxi to explore and go gambling. I highly recommend this home, its location, its ambience - everything about this place was well worth the price that we paid - even though it was just my husband and I and it was a little too much house. It was everything in a vacation we needed all wrapped up into one!!! 3

Exceptional home!

The accommodations are fantastic. As others noted, the photos don't do the house justice. Not only was it larger than expected, but in addition to three full bathrooms, there is a 1/4 bath on the first level and a 1/2 bath off the pool patio. There are a variety of floaties/boogie-board-type items stored in the bathroom by the pool. Our group of four adults and three kids (ages 12-14) really enjoyed the living space and convenient day trips, like Mobile and Dauphin Island, AL, in addition to Biloxi and Gulfport. It was very clean, the salt pool and patio were beautiful, and you are literally only steps from the ocean. We wanted to go somewhere we'd never been and found a paradise that must be unknown to many. We highly suggest this for those who need a change from the mundane Florida vacation.
