The kitchen area is cozy yet functional, featuring a modern kitchen with abundant counter space, a breakfast bar for casual dining, and brand-new appliances, including a microwave, stove, and fridge. Designed to optimize space, with a stylish wooden teak wall and a large mirror that adds depth and brightness to the room. The living room out in the back offers guests a comfortable area for entertainment with plenty of seating space and a 50' smart TV for entertainment.

Step outside to your private oasis, where you'll discover a cozy outdoor living space. The front terrace of the condo offers a large, serene spot to relax, surrounded by the lush gardens of Coco Sunset Hills. The front terrace our guests will find new full-sized washer and dryer enclosed in beautiful teak cabinetry. Terraced is enclosed in teak lattice and gate for privacy.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The unit is located on the ground floor, however keep in mind there are 3-4 steps to get inside the unit and a slight flat climb upwards from the main entrance to the condo.

Please be advised that only one parking space per condo is allowed within the gated complex. We cannot provide additional parking passes for extra vehicles. However, the neighborhood is very safe, with patrol guards monitoring the streets, and we have never encountered issues with guest parking on the street. It is essential that you read and comply with this parking policy before confirming your reservation.
