This is a wonderful, charming house in a walkable location. it’s a Lovely little house nestled in the trees. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfy beds, and a great porch. The little reading nook upstairs was really nice, we’ll be back!

The Blue Pearl is a nice little cabin. Not so close to the beach but is close to shopping and other things to do. It is well equipped and fairly comfortable. Could use a handrail on the front steps to make it easier for older people. Overall it was a decent stay.

Very nice house

It was a very nice comfortable two bedroom house. Everything was nice and clean. We brought our dog and it had a nice deck that the dog could roam on without getting out. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials you need to cook. We had a wonderful time and the house added to it.

Lovely Stay

The Blue Pearl was a cozy, close to town stay that we thoroughly enjoyed. The woodburning fireplace was great with the cold weather. The place gets quite warm when the sun is out and shining, though boxed fans were available to place in front of windows at night to cool the place down. Overall, the place was cleanly, they could use updated pillows/bedding and a new shower curtain. We certainly enjoyed our accommodations overall.

Cozy and Welcoming

For a family of 2 adults with a child and a dog, the rental was sufficiently spacious and had everything to make our vacation relaxing: it's well-maintained, located in close proximity to the ocean shore and Manzanita center street. The deck has room for a dog to walk around and can be fenced. Also, five stars to the management for being responsive and responsible.

Tucked Away Pearl

The house was perfect for us two couples and our well-loved pups. Thank you for the basket of helpful dog accessories! It all came in handy. The kitchen is well appointed and a joy to prepare meals in. The skylights in the loft and shower were much enjoyed during the snow / hailstorms. The tub upstairs was divine! We had no issue walking to the beach or for a stroll in town.

Beautiful upstairs bedroom suite with big soaking tub and traditional beach house wood paneling. Dog friendly. Super relaxing. Woodstove kept the place very cozy when it rained all weekend. Visited Tree and Leaf bookstore and read lots of books!

Just a short walk to Manzanita Beach and into the charming town of Manzanita.Only a 15 minute drive to Cannon Beach and Nahalem. The Professional and friendly staff happily provided activity and restaurant suggestions. They really went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect stay.

I stayed here with my kids for a long weekend, the upstairs loft bedroom is beautiful (though doesn't have a door / is open to below) but gets gorgeous morning light through the skylight so I put my older kid up there so the light wouldn't wake up the baby. Downstairs bedroom is a bit small and dark (good for the light sensitive sleeper!). I found it to be an easy 15 minute walk through the beautiful wooded part of town to either grocery store, and could walk or very-short-drive down to the beach each day. I love the part of manzanita that is up in the trees, we saw a deer right outside one foggy morning. Would definitely stay here again.
