Lounge on the patio in the back and soak in the view of the pine tree forest. Drink coffee on the patio or in the great room while watching for deer or hummingbirds. Play board games or watch your favorite team on NFL SUNDAY TICKET in the game room. Grill out in the backyard while playing corn hole.

Drive just 3 miles to the lake for kayaking, fishing, playground, splash pad, and miles of hiking. Great for families, family friends, or couples. Only 5 minutes from downtown Denver and 25 minutes from Charlotte-Douglas Airport.

The space:
The home sits in a location with pine forest behind where you’ll want to watch for deer, wild turkeys and wild geese, and open space in front from which you’ll view the most incredible sunsets on a nightly basis.

- Games and activities for the kids or the young at heart
- Two bedrooms with luxurious king-sized beds, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed
- The “bunk room” boasting beds for 5 (an L-shaped 4-bunk with a trundle) and Disney+ on the TV. In addition to the 4 dedicated bedrooms
- The upstairs game room is furnished with a high quality queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large room divider is provided to offer privacy in this space.

Each living room and bedroom is equipped with an HD Smart-TV ranging from 32” to 55". All have a full range of apps (i.e., Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV+, Peacock, etc.) and are installed with a YouTube TV account for all of your typical viewing. In addition to the usual apps, we provide:
- NFL Sunday Ticket (watch any NFL team you choose)
- Disney+ on the TV in the “Bunk Room”

Exercise equipment is provided to ensure that you can still get that quick workout that you may not want to miss while also minimizing any amount of time or money you might otherwise spend to get it while on vacation or traveling for business! The upstairs game room has a designated area with:
- Elliptical
- Rowing machine
- Kettle bell with adjustable weights
- Bosu ball
- A couple of small dumbbells
- A few other simple exercise items.

Cleaning, Sanitizing & Body Care Products:
- All linens and towels are washed and sanitized prior to your arrival using hypoallergenic detergents made with botanical ingredients and no artificial scent ingredients
- All high-touch areas such as door knobs, etc., are sanitized with disinfectant cleaners.
- All products provided for you for washing hands, body and hair (Ginger Lily Farms brand) are organic, vegan, cruelty-free, paraben free, and sulphate & phosphate free.

The kitchen is a “cooks kitchen” and is highly functional and organized with a large area for prepping food or gathering on barstools, and with the kitchen being part of the “great room” space in the home, you’ll never have to leave the family or the fun to be away from others in the kitchen. You'll have access to:

The dining room table expands to seat up to 10 people very comfortably, and 12 if you choose to seat 2 people at each of the ends (we provide 12 chairs for this purpose). The sectional couch is great for larger groups and is arranged to take in the naturally green surroundings extending to the skyline in the back.

The back patio has 4 cushioned chairs, a fire pit table, and a large sized wood pellet Traeger grill. Additionally, a large rectangular kiddie pool with an attached slip-n-slide is provided for your use if you choose.

The property is 2 miles away (down NC-73 to the east) from all types of common shopping, restaurants, and other possible needs you may have. It is roughly 5 miles from the Denver historic downtown with quaint shops and several restaurants, and a quick 20 - 30 minutes away from the National White Water Center and everything else that Charlotte has to offer.

Extra cleaning and sanitizing precautions are in place and strictly adhered to.
