We're happy to hear you enjoyed many features of the home including the pool, exterior spaces, and the maintained stock of essentials for your stay. We love providing a positive experience for all guests! We apologize for any inconvenience caused by having to issue a new code for your stay. However, we were able to send the updated code prior to arrival to try to get ahead of any access issues. We realize you may have already been on the road during this time and the message may have gone unread, therefore we are always able to assist, as we did that evening, via phone call. We will be sure to consider some of the other suggested enhancements noted in your review with the homeowner as well as these are thoughtful points and will most definitely make the experience better for many guests in the future. Finally, regarding some of the exterior items noted, we can assure you that no one accessed the home during your stay, but can explain that we hire a trash service to move bins to the curb so that we do not have to inconvenience our guests with this task. Additionally, we have the exterior of the home pressure washed on a routine basis and the next cleaning was scheduled for the following month. While this is scheduled, it doesn't mean it's resolved! We will look into conducting this type of service more frequently to provide a better experience moving forward.
