Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. 3 parking spaces in the driveway + free street parking.

Located within Gainesville's Historic Pleasant Street neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Florida and Downtown Gainesville.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft easily accessible right in front of the house! We recommend taking advantage of the location and have some adventures on foot!!
Other Things to Note:
🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee
🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee
🙅♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest
🐕 A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per stay. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies to each pet. For your pet's safety and the security of the property, pets must be kept in a crate whenever they are left unattended in the home.
⚠️ Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more
🔔 Guest App & Verification: After booking, you’ll be required to complete our Guest App before check-in. This includes required verification steps such as the rental agreement, ID verification, and applicable refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver. You’ll receive access to the app immediately after booking, where you’ll find your check-in/out details, early check-in/late check-out options, local guide, property information, and door codes once the required steps are completed. Completing the Guest App ensures your self-check-in is quick, easy, and seamless!

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.
Cancellation Fees:
All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.

Great stay! Suitable accommodations for our entire family to attend UF graduation. Older home, but very clean, comfy beds, wonderful screened in porch with enough room for everyone to gather, and great water pressure in the showers! Everything we needed for the weekend in Gainesville, and great location; walking distance to Publix & downtown. Highly recommend!!

Great Spot
Great place to stay, plenty of room. Only thing that could’ve been better was the outside trash can was already overflowing when we arrived and when I looked in the coffee maker there was a filter and used grounds in it. Otherwise loved it

Great place for game day
My husband and I rented this house with some friends for the UF game. The hosts were easily accessible - we had an issue with one of the door locks and they sent someone out to fix it pretty much right away. The house itself was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The location was perfect in relation to the university - it was about a 15 min walk to campus. We were a little nervous when we arrived because there was a pawn shop at the end of the street but it was closed all weekend and the rest of the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was plenty of parking both in the driveway (room for 3 cars) and on street. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with a larger group!

Unfortunate
There was an excessive amount of trash and recycling upon arrival. It qas a horrible invite and lacked the inviting feeling we would have preferred.
Fire Pit - Both propane tanks were empty, my husband did get one filled so we could take advantage of the crisp weather.
There where also some other housekeeping issues: in the master bedroom - my mom found a wet towel (not a big deal but worth the mention to avoid mildew)
The fan in the master bedroom is a health hazard with thick dust (see photo).
The bathroom floor in the efficiency was a little gross and the sofa bed had discoloration on the mattress.
We did appreciate the quick communication and flexibility the host offered if we had needed it to add to our number of guests ie… visitors.
I’ve discussed the issues with the host prior to leaving my review and was assured the cleaning issues would be addressed and they’ve offered a discount at future use.
There where no offers to compensate or refund for our additional expense.
