Nestled near Bethel and Newry, this spacious rental is your gateway to adventure. In winter, you're approximately 20 minutes from world-class skiing at Sunday River. Summer invites hiking in the White Mountain National Forest, paddling the Androscoggin, or exploring the Maine Mineral & Gem Museum. With direct river access and stunning sunset views from the property, every day offers a new experience.

The open-concept living area is designed for gathering, featuring a 65" Smart TV and comfortable seating. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and three peaceful bedrooms ensure restful nights. The master suite offers a king bed and a private sitting area for extra relaxation.
Step outside to your private oasis. The expansive deck is perfect for dining with a view, while the fire pit below sets the scene for evening stories and stargazing.
Key Details for Your Stay
Maximum Occupancy: To maintain a tranquil environment, we accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and do not permit parties at any given time, as our sensitive septic system cannot handle larger gatherings.
Extended Options: A fifth-wheel or camper can be accommodated in the driveway during Spring, Summer, and Fall (additional fee applies, prior arrangement required).

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
The River Valley Sunset Home is a 20-minute drive from historic downtown Bethel and 15 miles from Sunday River Ski Resort. The house is located in Rumford and only 2.5 miles from Black Mountain where you can snow tubing and ski. The house has a deck and fire-pit, plenty of space to enjoy and relax with friends and family.
While you're near everything you want to do (hiking, skiing, exploring) the property makes it feel as if you're in the middle of nowhere. The large back deck and yard faces the Androscoggin River and Glass Face Mountain that gives you the privilege of enjoying beautiful sunsets.
The main floor contains an open concept plan of living space, that includes a a large 65" Smart TV equipped with Netflix and other options (you can use your own login). WIFI is provided throughout the home. A full bath and one bedroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven/range, refrigerator, and microwave. It's stocked with all the basics you might need including coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, baking dishes, serving dishes, glassware of every type and dishes. A gas BBQ can be found just outside on the deck.
On the main floor there is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet. This bedroom is adjacent to the main floor bathroom of the house. This floor also includes a split A/C unit that covers all living spaces.
The lower level of the house includes a large master-bedroom with a king size bed, a private sitting that includes a smart TV and a full private bathroom with a walk-in-shower. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with large sofa chair for those who enjoy a peaceful "reading".
