Boasting more than enough room for you and your loved ones, the interior of your stay features an open-concept layout. Sit back, entertain, and relax in the light-filled living room and full kitchen complete with both a drip-style and a Keurig coffee maker. When extra warmth is needed, flip on the gas fireplace, and when you'd like to catch up on your favorite show, turn on the TV.

The chef of your group will adore the kitchen's updated appliances, ample meal prep space, marble countertops, and expansive breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, head for the formal dining table. Off this space, appreciate having access to a separate laundry room.

With five bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that everyone will feel at home amongst the coastal-themed color palettes, wood finishes, and central air-conditioning. Find your zen in the primary bedroom's en suite bathroom, complete with a jetted tub and walk-in shower.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
TVs are cable and streaming enabled. Streaming available with guests' personal credentials.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
