Pet fee: $200
More than two dogs = forfeiture of the $500 refundable damage deposit. Please be honest; outdoor security cameras are in place.

No smoking in the home. Smoking inside will forfeit the damage deposit. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately outside (not in the yard).
