A Terrible Experience
There were so many problems but I will mention all of them. The place was difficult to find because there is no markings on the house to identify its street address. There is no dishwasher as listed. The cooling system serves two different apartments and the thermostat is located in the other apartment. When initially inquiring about the thermostat, we were told the thermostat was on the wall and then was told the same thing on our second inquiring. We were then told to knot on the door of the other apartment and have them adjust their thermostat. This is no way to treat your tenants. And there is no heat at all. The only way to contact the owner was thru VRBO messenger and it normally took them 8-12 hours to reply. There is one TV in the apartment (located in the master bedroom) and it required a remote to operate the TV but we could not find the remote. Messaged the owner about one hour after we arrived for a 3 day stay. They promised to provide a remote but never did. The floors appear to be laminate flooring in the pictures but they are actually vinyl tiles with many of the tiles being loose. WE had to purchase plastic forks and spoons because there were 2 large tablespoons and 1 fork for utensils. The washer/dryer are located in an outside shed. The kitchen table is plastic with plastic chairs. By the way, the owner lives in South American. This was a terrible experience especially when the owner lies to you and is very difficult to contact with any problems.
