Guests will be treated to an amazing farmhouse experience complete with full treehouse access. The treehouse experience is bundled with the house and is a movie room complete with a projector, sofa, fridge, microwave, porch swing and sitting area. The house is a beautiful navy blue farmhouse with big character and tons of space just 20 minutes from Tampa and 45 from Orlando. Nestled in a full acre of land the property is well endowed with all amenities to make it your perfect stay. A pool with hot tub, an arcade and a deck for grilling. The house has a 65 inch tv in each bedroom, a full kitchen, 2 queen beds, a twin bed, 2 bathrooms with large showers and baths, a laundry room, living room for kicking back and a full dining room. Book it now! 25,000 gallon full size pool with large swimming area, jacuzzi and pool chairs. The area is also complete with a basketball court and volleyball net. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 large sofas and also have room for 1-2 twin beds. Two fully remodeled bathrooms with full shower and fill size bath in the house. Each bathroom also comes equipped with a smart toilet which offers a heated seats and bidet functionality. Three 65 Inch TVs, full kitchen with Samsung smart fridge with movie screen, full oven, cooktop, microwave, warming drawer and coffee maker. Washer and dryer. EV charger. Game room with Foosball, air hockey, darts, bockerball, and skeeball . Pool with covered deck, griddle and lounging area. The porch is also well-equipped with rocking chairs and a lit area for the nighttime.

Very homey central Florida vibes here! We came to visit family for the holidays and had a blast in the pool area, it was perfect for all ages. The home is spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed and then some. Loved the unique touches and very dog friendly design. Host was super fast with my questions and requests, we hope to visit again!

I was really disappointed with this property and the experience that I had there. I’ve never rented a property where the host comes to the property without notifying the guest and just show up. On top of that the yard was a mess, it is an awful lot that needs to be corrected to this property before re-renting.

This guest was, by far, the most challenging I have ever hosted. During her stay, interior furniture was damaged and the house was left in significant disrepair. Despite this, the guest submitted a request for a refund based on claims that are false and fabricated. Regarding property maintenance, the yard had been trimmed prior to her arrival, and the visit in question was for routine, pre-discussed pool maintenance. Likewise, I went above and beyond to accommodate concerns during the stay. The Guest appeared to want the property maintained while simultaneously preferring that I not enter the property for outdoor maintenance. I did my best to balance those expectations while respecting her privacy. It is also important to note that her stay lasted more than a week during the summer season, when grass grows rapidly; despite being trimmed before her arrival, the lawn naturally began to grow again within a few days.I also told them that I am only one phone call away if they needed anything else to let me know. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the guest was confrontational, unfriendly, and seemingly seeking a reduced or free stay. She ultimately left a negative rating that does not reflect the condition of the property or the level of service. Read plainly, her frivolous complaints are nothing short of extortion carefully crafted to illicit unjust monetary compensation for a fully redeemed booking.

It was definitely a cute welcoming house with an awesome tree house for the kids but there were some functional issues that made the stay much more difficult than expected.

The guest asked how to use an item, and I provided her instructions and details on how she could properly use it. She was unresponsive and it appears that she did not see the instructions. Then she proceeded to write this. With all guests, I aim to be as helpful as possible but this guest apparently did not see my messages. I will advise this guest to correct the record and/or read my responses.

Our treehouse is a truly unique experience that is completely unique to this property. Meanwhile we also have an oasis complete with a 25,000 gallon full size pool with large swimming area, jacuzzi and pool chairs. The area is also complete with a basketball net. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 large sofas and also have room for 1 twin bed and 2 sofa beds. Two fully remodeled bathrooms with full shower and fill size bath in the house.
