Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enter a wonderful home with open living area accented by art. Spread out on the chaise-longue, cook in your own kitchen, sink into the soft bed after seeing. We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our brand new Next Gen House 3bed 2.5bath 2stories house and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy.

Spring training

The duplex was everything we thought it would be and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to friends and also would stay again.

Overall good stay

Overall thought it was good stay, convenient for the Spring Training games we attended in Surprise. My wife is very sensitive to cleanliness, and thought everything should be cleaner. I thought it was all fine and would stay there again.

This is NOT A DUPLEX

Very nice home, in very nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner over messaging was nice and friendly..However everyone needs to know this is a single family home that the owner has sectioned off a portion of the home for himself. The only thing separating renters from the owner is a door that we have no control over locking because the door is locked from his side . Calling this a duplex is beyond misleading! We felt so uncomfortable knowing we’re sharing this home with someone we don’t know and felt like he could just come in when ever he wanted. So for some positive feedback: living room nice and comfortable, nice dining area, bedrooms very nice and beds were great. Backyard was fun for the kids to play mini golf Not so great : glass shelves in the fridge and freezer were dirty, going through the plates and every other one was dirty , the trash cans were small bathroom type trash cans and were lined with Safeway grocery bags. No hand towels anywhere. This home lacked almost every basic thing that you usually have in these type of rentals. We would never stay here again.

Next gen

The house was nice was not as clean bathrooms could've definitely been a lil cleaner. Backyard was a lil overgrown not a lot of room by the grill. Overall was a nice stay bed are nice

New home

The home was very clean. The back yard had an awesome garden! There were a few things that could be added to make it more comfortable. Hand towels or paper towels in the bathroom. A full size trash can downstairs. The master bedroom is facing the sun in the morning and the curtains are sheer allowing full sun early in the morning. The construction noise was loud at 8am on a sunday morning which cant be helped. The electric charger was not working at the time and i needed it for my vehicle. I did not realize at the time, I rented it that the next-gen. Apartment attached to the home. Was going to be occupied by the owner this was an awkward experience because my friends and I were up late and being loud and it felt disrespectful. So if you're going and plan to be up late and loud, just be aware. The owner never complained but I just felt bad and kept shushing my friends. Over all.its a nice house.

Lovely home and location

This property was perfect for our needs! The kids each had their own room, which made sleeping much smoother. They loved the backyard putting green and the walkable neighborhood with play areas. Our only suggestions would be to add some hand towels for the bathrooms!

Great stay, misleading title.

The bad: I did not give 5 stars because this place was advertised as a home and it is infact a duplex. I would not have booked this stay if I knew it was a duplex but the host did not notify us until it was too late to change our plans. The Good: the place is brand new, very very clean and the host is very responsive and accommodating. Overall the location worked for what we needed and I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who asks.

My reservation was canceled due to it being an over 40 women’s game night and we had to leave the property. The Sheriff was called and shocked about the call because he did not understand the complaint from the property manager and there was no loud noise nor no loud music and only three women were staying the night. Oh well, more of his loss
