We also agree the floors should have been cleaner. We only wish you had called us during your stay. Hi Jennifer, I'm so sorry about that. Our office staff goes home around 8pm to get some rest and an after-hours service takes calls for the rest of the night. The service has the cell phone number of our island manager who can respond to any late-night emergencies or needs. There was a breakdown in their communication because they did not leave a note or notify our island manger. of the after-hours request. I will address that with our after-hours service, as I can imagine how frustrating that was.
