You'll never get tired of the sweeping views of Lake Erie from this rental. Over 500 feet of prime lakefront land is the setting for this great Put-in-Bay vacation home. Just a mile from downtown. This unit has two bedrooms and two full baths, sleeping up to eight guests. The entire building had an extensive renovation in the past few years. Guests enter onto lovely ceramic tile floors, perfect for easy clean-up. The kitchen is tastefully appointed and comes equipped with all you need to make a meal. A flat-screen television with satellite service and comfy couches complete the living area. The condo has a great open floor plan complete with kitchen island, making an excellent place to entertain. Steps outside the condo is an expansive brick patio area complete with two built-in propane grills. The Put-in-Bay Poolview Condos are the preferred choice for location and convenience. You and your group deserve nothing but the best for you Lake Erie vacation. This unit can be rented with neighboring units to accommodate even the largest of groups. Remember, many dates fill fast, so making reservations early is highly recommended.
The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. No hangers, no hairdryer, no bathmats. Reasonably clean, noisy at night. Pool was nice. Nice sectional sofa. Expensive stay, but PIB experience is pricy anyway.

A rug by the front door would have been nice as the tile floor was slippery when wet from the rain/pool. Toilets sat a little low for those with mobility issues. Golf cart rental was easy and cheaper through the condo. Plush furniture. Pool was clean, big, lots of chairs. Grounds were clean and landscaped nicely. Close to many things. Far enough away from downtown to be quiet at night as long as you don't have jerks above you fighting and yelling until 4am one night! We got through it.

Family Friendly

This is a relatively small property removed from the loudest and busiest resorts that Put-in-Bay has to offer which suited us just fine. We stayed in one of the older condos that did not have a view of the lake which was ok since really you can see the lake pretty much anywhere you go on the island. My only qualm was that the walls are very thin, so you hear everything if you have neighbors above you. We paid the linen charge so we didn't have to bring our own bedsheets, but it would have been nice if there had been at least one spare blanket in the condo. The washer and dryer in the condo were surprisingly huge and worked well. I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any dish towels and only one tiny pot holder which made cooking awkward to say the least. I highly recommend renting a golf cart directly from Island Resort because Bob the caretaker for them is super nice and it's so convenient. Everything is very easy to find from this resort and you really don't need to be downtown; it's a five minute drive (tops) from this resort (unless you want to hear all the drunks carrying on until the bars close.
