Come and enjoy the ocean breeze from this Top (3rd) Floor - NO ELEVATOR

Our 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo in Ocean Harbor is just 1 block away from the beach with Ocean and Sound views from the balcony.
This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a comfortable living area, and balcony seating. Bed linens and Towel packages are provided by a 3rd party service with each reservation. There is a community pool and reserved parking for our guests.

You are a 5 minute walk to the beach access, and just a 5 minute drive to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk!

- In the primary bedroom you will be greeted by an inviting King Bed with a flat screen TV and private bath.
- The 2nd or Spare bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen Bed and flat screen TV.
- Community Pool(seasonal)
- 2 full bathrooms

Great short vacation

The condo was clean, spacious and convenient to beach and attractions. The complex, beach and shops were very pet friendly. Would come back without any hesitation

Family Vacation!!

Our stay was amazing, it’s very quiet and peaceful! The place itself was just like the listing and any questions we had the property manager answered right away! This property is on the 3rd floor so pack light and prepare for stairs!

Overall clean and relaxing. The shower curtain did have mold on it and there seemed to be a few hookers running around the building.

Great place for a quick getaway

The upgrades to the condo are nice. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch is broken, so that made our sleeping arrangements a little more difficult. There was also a lot of hair on the floor when we arrived; it looked like pet hair. Outside of those issues, the walk to the beach was quick, and my teens loved the pool. Warning: the beach is very narrow in this area during high tide. You must get there early to get a good spot.Overall, we would stay here again.

Nice condo close to the beach

The condo was very well laid out and had plenty of items to enjoy my vacation. The view of the ocean from the balcony was so lovely. However, the water in the master bath shower was cold. I let it run for 5 minutes and it never got warm or even hot. There were a few roaches in

Overall great

Just not good instructions on parking and how to get door open and closed. No instructions given so had to call after several attempts.bit they were nice but should have given better information. Maybe it was me.

Your parking information is in your Welcome Guide that is enslaved from vrbo 3 days before check in as we have listed in the unit description, the Welcome Guide, and the arrival guide. Parking is also listed with pictures and information any the 2 passes provided. The lock information is also provided in your arrival guide email and your woofing guide on the APP. We're always happy to help our guests, even when providing our in multiple locations and communication 3 days before arrival

The condo itself was nice but no elevator in the top floor was a little rough at times. No blankets in the condo at all. Just the sheets and bed cover (which I don’t use). The website led me to believe there was a wonderful view of the beach and it was literally a sliver. I pulled this condo up to see prices the week we were there and other rooms in the unit were much cheaper with the same space. Parking was not fun and very cramped but I think that would probably be true for any property around that area. It was very clean and inviting. The smart TVs in the rooms were awesome. All around I would definitely stay again, just bring some blankets.

Great Home Away from Home!

I spent a week at this property to celebrate my birthday and get needed R&R. Friends planned to join at various times during the week to spend QT with me. Parking was convenient and was also convenient for my guests when they arrived. The third floor definitely made me feel like I got my daily exercise! Access to the beach was a quick 3-to-5-minute walk away. The property was clean and had all the amenities I needed for my week away. When I had a little difficulty with the lock to enter the property, the property manager responded quickly when I reached out, stayed on the phone with me, and helped until I was able to enter the property. The balcony with its view of the ocean along with those ocean soundscapes was a perfect place to sit by myself or with friends for morning coffee and later in the evening to watch the sunset. The property was a short drive or pleasant walk to local restaurants. The friends who came to visit felt comfortable in the unit and I was able to entertain them with all the comforts of home. Because there was a washer/dryer in the unit, I was able to do laundry before returning home to start the work week. I created wonderful memories this week and I definitely look forward to staying here again.

The property was amazing, very lovely. The management company, however, was exceedingly unpleasant to deal with. Before arrival, we had questions about early check in because the VRBO app wasn't allowing me to access the property info. The only "help" offered was to look in the app (that wasn't working). Cleaning crew did a mediocre job before we arrived. Toilets were not cleaned; there was cleaner in them and sanistrips, but they were not scrubbed at all. We also have concerns about the mattress pads that say do not remove. Do they get washed? The blankets clearly don't, judging by the mysterious splotches. Also, we do not appreciate the threatening list of what cleaning we as the guests are expected to do, under threat of additional charges. Aren't the fees we paid supposed to cover the cost of the cleaning crew? We will not use this property in the future if it's managed by Coastal Carolina Property.

Excellent Communication

Garret is an excellent communicator! Even going as far as to respond on his day off when I had questions about the previous reviews. There is 1 parking spot between the pool and building for the unit and one in visitor parking which is behind the pool by the road or in the front of the building by the road. There was no construction when we went. The unit itself is updated and on the modern side but the pool and building themselves are a little dated. The beds and pillows are AMAZING and I already miss them! It's very close to public beach access & has a pretty good view from the balcony of both the ocean and the inlet. The showers are a bit slippery but clean and great water pressure + heat! Everyone was able to comfortably shower in our 5 person stay. If you have any issues with the fridge I would suggest turning the freezer to a colder setting as it's a top down unit which can help the fridge cool better. With so much to do we weren't in the unit often but there were plenty of board games and a few books for a rainy day. There are about 6 flights of stairs total and no elevator so be aware that your legs will get a workout! Of course this is out of the owners control but something to note. There are hoses under other units parking areas that everyone can use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if you have any questions, concerns, or issues Garret is very responsive and will address them right away.

Looks can be deceiving.

Firstly, I was quite surprised that we were not allowed to check in even slightly early. We made fantastic time on the drive,& even picked up our grocery order. I reached out to the rental company & the owner for them to both to respond that it was an electronic lock & it wouldn’t even allow the code to be used until 3 pm. Which was fine I understand; until we realized we had no instructions on how to use the lock, & then after speaking to the property manager who promised he would send us instructions we unfortunately never received. Thank goodness for YouTube. The next issue, clearly on the listing states NO Pets allowed. Well I promise someone has had an animal in that house as evident by my husband & I horrible sinus issues & my asthma. Not to mention the hair I wiped out of the drawers in the main bedroom. The pictures on the listing as well as the “newly renovated” seem to be quite a stretch since the freezer door scraps the wall & you had to give it an extra push to assure it closed. The pull out sofa was broken & had to be “propped” up to assist in the terrible uneven bedding. The toilet in the main bedroom was an absolute joke. You could hardly sit on it & couldn’t even raise & lower the toilet seat or lid if the toilet paper was on the roll. The pool was gross. Lastly, this unit does not come w/ covered parking, & you have to enter from the rear of the property. Through a construction site. This unit is in a great location perfect to the boardwalk & the beach.
