Take a break , unwind and fish your hearts fullest at this peaceful Fishing Camp on ICW facing the Beach in the city of Sargent. The dock with night fishing light takes you 15 ft into ICW for good fishing . A comfortable queen bed and basic nesscities for cooking a breakfast or heating up your dinner provides the comfort to go back to fishing the next day! A Dinning table facing the ICW lets you enjoy the view and eat. WiFi and Tv with sling for entertainment and work if you get bored fishing (ha ha as if that’s gonna happen) . We have a room downstairs to add to your rental for additional charges.

Wonderful Place

We loved the little house, just the perfect size for a couple!!It was very clean and had everything you needed!!Even caught a lot of fish off the pier!!Had a blast!We would rent it again!!

Excellent fishing

Our stay here was amazing. Fishing was outstanding and property was clean. The property manager was timely and very nice in helping with any of our needs. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing fishing and communication with host

This place is the best. We love coming here. The fishing is amazing and the communication with the host is fast and polite. We had a few hiccups and the host addressed them immediately. We LOVE this place.

Perfect little place

This little place is just perfect! The dolphins, the water, the island ahead. Priya & Jai are the perfect hosts! So attentive & we had a fantastic time! We'll definitely be back!

Great hidden gem. Just the right amount of remote.

The house was just right for a family of 2-3. Me and my young son had a blast fishing and visiting the beach. The house is simple but great. Caught a lot of fish on the dock. Even hooked the biggest fish of my life. Broke an 80 pound steel leader on a 8000 series penn rod and reel combo.

Fishing cottage

Place was not cleaned when I arrived,but they got a cleaning crew out within 3 hours to get it cleaned. Fishing was awesome fill two cooler of legal size drum and sheepshead.

On the water, very clean

We had a blast, just went for the weekend. Place was very clean, plenty of kitchen and bath accessories included. Lots of towels, pillows for the couch, big bonus is being able to use the Weber BBQ.My son and I had a blast, lots of fishing and catching, don't forget to bring crab traps, caught a couple with the rod and reel as a bycatch.Definitely recommend, very clean unit.

Amazing place

We took a thanksgiving week trip to allow my grandsons some saltwater fishing time. The location is great for fishing right from the dock in the ICW…. Bait shops are just a few minute drive away, dollar general up the street. We caught lots of fish and blue crab… not over loaded with catfish which is great. Host is awesome and very helpful, house is small, but so are we…(3 of us). We will return again and would recommend to anyone wanting just a small quote place with plenty of outdoor space.

Fishing was abysmal but the accommodations were just right for the two of us

Had a very relaxing stay. The only reason for four stars on the location was it was so far from everything. That could also be a plus, but we were not prepared for it and had to make a couple of 60 mile round-trips into Bay City. I was amped about all of the positive fishing reviews, but alas, the wind, and all of the rain made the fish scarce. But it still beat working :)All in all, we really enjoyed watching the surf crash into the sea wall across the ICW and all of the barges going to and fro. We will consider a return trip in the future.

Paradise Getaway!

We arrived at the cottage and found a charming room with kitchen, table and even a sitting area! It was clean and perfect for us both. We enjoyed being able to clean our fish at the cleaning table set up outside and after a long day of fishing we came to rest and relax on the outside deck overlooking the water! When I tried to talk to owner she was readily available and very patiently answered any question. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it with no problems at all! Ms. Priya Pindigiriharikrishnan always answered every question almost immediately! We lacked nothing and loved every minute! Would highly recommend staying in this cottage! Erlinda Garza

Great location

Was very pleased with the property and the location for fishing. I took my 2 grandsons 11&13…. We fished from the dock only… caught sheephead, white trout, croaker, redfish, drum and a few catfish… had two drum over 40lbs and one redfish was 35lbs. Using live shrimp and mullet cut bait. The property….. small one room but was what we wanted on this trip… close to bait, dollar general and a couple restaurants. We have no complaints just know, there are no chairs on the bottom level or table…. So bring your own… lights on dock were great, but couldn’t figure out how to turn on carport lights. Very few cooking assessories so if you’re gonna cook or boil outside, bring what you need as we did. Let me say again, I am just describing what we experienced…. Our trip was a 10, the host was a 10 and the location was a 10…. Mike
