Villa Coral Sunshine sits on a canal with Gulf access in Cape Coral. Its large south-facing terrace features an electrically heated saltwater pool, a separate spa, comfortable seating and a grill. A separately rented boat can be moored at the dock, with the Caloosahatchee River up to 15 minutes away by boat. Inside, up to six guests enjoy three bedrooms (king, queen and two twin beds), two bathrooms and an open kitchen. Pets, including dogs and cats, are welcome with prior approval.

Important Information:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
• For security purposes, a doorbell camera is installed at the front door. There are no cameras inside the house or on the pool deck. Full privacy is guaranteed.
