Completely remodeled 3 story condominium in the Town of Crested Butte. This great gem is nestled in amongst mostly locals for the authentic Crested Butte experience. One block from the free town shuttle bus, easy walk to downtown Elk Avenue shops and restaurants. This in town location is ideal for walking to everything! The remodel was done by the award winning designer, Carolina Alling, from Interni Design Studio. There is also a great kids park 3 blocks away. Fantastic views of Mt. Crested Butte and the Elk Mountain Range.

Master Bedroom with Queen Bed on 3rd floor with stunning views of Paradise Divide. There are black out blinds in the MB and bunk room so that everyone can sleep in on their vacation. Newly remodeled bathroom with custom tile shower and European fixtures on 2nd floor. Double headed shower upstairs and a luxurious deep bath tub downstairs. Stylish Queen Bedroom on ground floor. Bunk Room on ground floor, with 2 Twin Bunk Beds. Newly remodeled bathroom on ground floor with deep tub for a relaxing soak after your ski, bike or horseback ride.

Chef up a gourmet meal in the state of the art kitchen which is all stainless steel with a gas range, or walk downtown for fantastic dining options. Enjoy a free streaming Netflix movie or HDTV show in the comfortable 2nd floor living area. Hang out with a cold beverage on the 2nd floor deck with amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte, or BBQ with the locals on the lawn. Local art is found throughout the condo bringing in lots of local flavor. Our cleaners are meticulous and detailed to ensure that our home is as clean as possible for your stay. There is one off-street parking space located in the back 5B.

Elizabeth is the property manager. She is a long time local who can help you with any recommendations or ideas to help make your vacation the best ever.

Excellent property, clean and as described. Easily walkable to town with three kids under 4 yrs old was a huge plus. Property manager took extra steps to mail back personal belongings that were left behind! Lastly, a big plus for our family was the very well appointed kitchen. We cooked every meal at the townhome for 3 nights and the kitchen had all that we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Very clean , updated, well equipped home. Close to downtown— good location. There are 3 levels. Master bedroom is on third floor, but has no bathroom. That was the only downside—had to go down to second floor for bathroom.

Easy and convenient spot in town

Perfect spot for two couples. Brought bikes and rode to dinner / lunch. Very nice place.

Great location

Very comfortable stay. Good space for multiple people with space to spend time together. Has everything in the kitchen and house for great stay. Elizabeth wonderful to deal with very accommodating.

Perfect Crested Butte Location Near Town

This was the perfect space for us near downtown. We walked to town for coffee, bagels, shopping and dinner. There was more than enough of space for 2 of us and would be plenty of space for our family of 5 to return. Great layout and well stocked! We can't wait to return and would definitely stay here again.

Great townhome and location in CB

Fantastic spot for skiing - the bus picks up just around the corner. Great kitchen and plenty of room for our group of 5. Easy walk to downtown. Only issue was the internet not working all week but with 7 feet of snow we spent our time on the slopes!

Wrong Location

We have been going to Crested Butte for (15) years as a family and are very particular with the locations we rent. This apartment was listed as being in the immediate area of 3rd/Teocalli which is a dead end street, quite and located on a small creek. Due to this location, we took a change on the actual apartment. Come to find out the week of our trip, the address the owner sent was 7th and Teocalli located by the laudry mat, gas station and VERY busy/main road (6th street). Given no places have AC, sleeping with windows open is very important, as you noted above (busy street/gas station) all night/early mornings we were woken by the load road traffic.

Wonderful spot in CB

We spent a week at this great condo/townhome in the heart of CB and enjoyed every second of it. It was great for kids as the place had wonderful books and toys for little ones, and also was very cozy so the kids never were too far from us. I really appreciate the owners supplying us a travel crib for our infant too. And there are 2 great parks within walking distance. the location is amazing - so easy to walk to town, or even up to the ski hill. Only downside, and its minor, was that the upstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom - its on the middle/main floor - so our family just slept in the bedrooms on the ground floor, which was fine for us. But the bedroom on the 3rd floor is considerably larger. The place was VERY Clean and had plenty of linens and towels. Communication with the owner was perfect too.

Outstanding, convenient accommodations!

This 3 level home/duplex was a perfect place for our vacation. It was well-stocked with necessities, the location made it so easy to walk to everyplace in town, and the management was extremely attentive and easy to work with. Before we arrived, they had already responded to an earlier reviewer's suggestion for a fan upstairs, which added immensely to the comfort.

Wonderful home in a wonderful town

This was my first VBRO experience so please understand that my comments should be scrutinized as being written by a "rookie". Overall: House is a three story unit in a charming collection of condo/townhomes. We shared two common walls with other three story units, but I never heard a single noise through the walls. The second floor balcony is shared with an adjoining unit, but this didn't really concern us. The first floor has two bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a twin, the other with a queen) and a bath (w/ washer and dryer). The second floor has a newly renovated bath and a large space with the kitchen and living room. The third floor is just a large bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need and appliances were all new. Pros: 1. The location is two blocks from Elk Ave., the main street in town with shops and restaurants. The house is also 50 yards from the bus stop with free service to the mountain and other locations. 2. The house was well maintained and clean. Everything worked. The house was stocked with towels and other essentials. 3. The owner and property manager were friendly and communicated quickly. 4. Bike racks were right outside the front door. 5. Great bunk beds for our three boys to sleep. Cons: 1. Wi-Fi and TV were very spotty. We had to continue to reset the router to get Wi-Fi and then it would only hold for a few hours at a time. The Direct TV only received 10-11 channels and some of them would drop off. We were not in Crested Butte to sit inside watching TV, and this might have been a temporary issue, but its worth noting. 2. There is a Hostel across the street from the property. The only reason this was a minor issue it that there is a lot of activity there late into the evening (and we slept with our windows open, see #3 below). I cant see this being a problem in the winter months. 3. The third floor bedroom got hot in the evenings even with windows open (no AC needed in CB). I think it needs a ceiling fan badly (for the summer months). I would certainly return to this property. It was comfortable and felt like home.

Great condo.

We spent a fantastic week in this condo, which very conviently located, only one block away from the ski bus and a short walk to CB downtown. The unit is greatly equipped with everything you need for one or two weeks. We loved the big and comfortable couch. We used the unit with 4 adults and 2 kids, which was fine. Even though there is sleeping space for two more kids, I wouldn't recommend the unit for more than 6 people, since the entrance area is relatively small, and the dining table doesn't have space for more than 6 persons.

Great Stay over Thanksgiving 2016

The condo accommodated 4 adults an 2 children easily. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner during our stay and the kitchen contained everything we needed. The bus to the mountain picks up right up the street and was really convenient. It was also only a few minute walk to the main street, Elk Ave., for food, shopping, etc. Last Steep Bar & Grill was really good, it is not just traditional bar food. During the winter, the street parking is a little complicated because of the plow schedule so make sure to read the signs. There is 1 parking space dedicated to the unit in the back. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this condo. We would stay here again on our next trip to Crested Butte.

Creature comforts in an awesome location

We spent a week here in July and fell in love with the condo, location, and of course Crested Butte! The home is decked out with everything we needed, it was super convenient to get around town, or hop the bus up to the resort. We were there with two families and the kids loved playing outside and walking to the nearby fields for evening concerts!
