Luxury Beach house with garden in Kijkduin

Beach house Joy is a luxury detached house very close to the beach.
This tastefully decorated and bright house is equipped with all comforts including living room with spacious conservatory, fireplace, new modern kitchen, beautiful tiled floor with underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There is a large garden to the south. The beautiful beach is within walking distance. Our house is located on the 4-star bungalow park "Roompot Kijkduinpark" where you can make use of the facilities: indoor swimming pool, supermarket, restaurant, playground, trampoline and bike rental.

On the bottom floor is a large living room with a fireplace and comfortable corner sofa. There is a modern open kitchen with a large oval dining table and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is new and equipped with all the luxury, including a dishwasher, induction hob, hot air oven, microwave, double door refrigerator, nespresso appliance, etc.
There is free WIFI in the house, with good reception and there is a flat-screen TV, with digital reception. There is a DVD player, digital piano and bluetooth Sonos speaker.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one large and one smaller.
In the smaller bedroom there is a double bed and wardrobe.
The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe.
On the first floor there is a modern bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Around the house is a spacious garden, with lots of greenery.
The terraces are south/west and you have sun in the summer, from morning to night.
Fortunately, there is always shade from the beautiful oak tree and there is an umbrella. The terraces of the other houses, are convenient to each other, giving you a lot of privacy.
There is a spacious terrace table with comfortable chairs.
There is a double sofa bed with pillows, a lounge sofa and a hammock.
There is a spacious barn, including a washing machine and dryer.
We're committed to keeping our home clean and tidy. We are economical on our (new) things and expect this from our guests.
Bachelor parties, student parties, etc. are strictly NOT allowed in our homes!
Pets are unfortunately not welcome to avoid allergies to any other following guests.

On the park is a swimming pool, football field, miniature golf, laser games, restaurant, supermarket etc. There are playgrounds and you can jump trampolines.
There is animation for children on holidays

You have access to the entire house except for 1 storage room ( 1 storage room does) and the bedroom downstairs.
Other things to note
Beach house 'Joy' we rent only certain periods of the year. We are there for the other periods. We will therefore leave certain items for your convenience for use. Think of cleaning products and various spices and oils in the kitchen. Furthermore, the kitchen equipment is well above average. The house also contains personal items such as books and games. Of course you are welcome to use them.
