Cute updated four bedroom two bathroom house with lakefront on All-Sports Pine Lake in Barry County Michigan. 55' of private sandy beach and dock. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds. Bedroom 4 on the walkout level has twin beds that may be easily moved together. Open concept kitchen/living area on the main floor leads to a huge deck overlooking the private backyard with views of both Pine Lakes 1 AND 2. Large rec room and second bathroom on walkout level. Large park-like yard has plenty of room for yard games and two fire pits. Use of four kayaks and paddle boat included.

We stayed during Thanksgiving week to visit family and had a great time. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. We would recommend this place to anyone and anytime of year.

Wonderful property for family

The hosts were amazing and so accommodating. We had a week of family vacation with 4 children under the age of 3 and the house was perfect . This house was setUp perfectly for staying the week and the lake was wonderful .We would definitely come again

Wonderful time with children and grandchildren. House perfect for a family. We were 5 adults and 3 young children. They loved the paddle boat, paddle board and kayaks. The evening fires and smores topped off each day. Friendly hosts. Home was well stocked with everything one needs. Recommend highly.

Wonderful experience!

Our group of young kids, teens and adults had a great time at the lake! The house was so nicely decorated and the accomodations were perfect. The lake is beautiful, too. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Lake House!

The property was very clean and the lake was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. Bass fishing at Pine Lake was great!

Beautiful

My family had a wonderful stay! The cottage was just as described! Such a beautiful lake. We enjoyed the paddle boats, kayaks and fishing on this lake. The host were welcoming and responsive! We will definitely be back!!

Family Fun at the Lake House

The Lake House was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. The kayaks and paddle boat were a great plus. Communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay again

Absolutely wonderful!

I literally can’t say enough about our stay at Pine Lake. We have been to many rentals for vacations before and this one is the absolute best! Clean, easy to find, all the amenities you could want/ask for, clean lake, tons of extras such as boating, kayaking, floats, ping pong table, paddle boat, etc. we enjoyed our stay so much and the owners are absolutely amazing and very kind. I will be staying here again!!!!

Living the Lake Life!

Our family of 5 adults and 4 kids had any awesome time at the lake in this comfortable, well equipped home. The kids loved playing in the water on a nice sandy beach and we all loved being out on the lake in the kayaks and peddle boat.

Wonderful Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The bright decor and windows made even our one overcast day quite lovely. We were a little sad that it was chilly and will look forward to a return trip to make use of the fire pit and lakes. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Pine Lake

Beautiful home on Pine Lake. It was an excellent place for 3 families; 6adults and 3 children. They had kayaks to use, a small sand beach, and great accommodations. A beautiful touch when we first arrived was the bottle of wine with a personal greeting. Caroline and Brad were so accommodating. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great spot for a family vacation!

Great spot, perfect for young kids who are learning to fish. "Fish on" within 10 seconds! Very nice quiet cove on a big lake. had a small lake feel, and the bigger lake portion was accessible by kayaks. Plenty of kayaks were there for use! The house was very comfortable and cute! Owners paid attention to detail! Happy there were lots of little spots for kiddos to nap also! Highly recommend this spot!

Pine lake getaway

Very neat and clean. 8 mile drive to a real grocery store. Enjoyed the lake boating and fishing. Surprised the lake had no boating regulations. Many lakes have a quiet time in the evening. Boaters were skiing and tubing till dark. Overall a very enjoyable stay..

Beautiful house

The house was very clean and big enough for our family of 11 (8 adults and 3 toddlers). We had 2, 2 year olds with us and they loved playing in the sand and water. They could go to the end of the dock and still touch. The basement area was large, so we could all hang out together without being on top of one another. There is a small store that served ice cream and pizza at the end of the street, within walking distance.

Nice cottage for a family

Great time! The property has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Was a comfortable space for 6 adults and 3 toddlers. It was a nice set up for the kids to have a large carpeted basement to run around in. The water was shallow, perfect for 4 and 3 year old to play in. There is a place to rent a pontoon for the day on pine lake, 5 minutes from the house- it was awesome. Meijer was about 15 minutes away, but there is a small store at the end of the street. We went to Kalamazoo for dinners/breweries, which was about 30minutes away. Clean and comfortable place to stay, the internet and A/C worked well!

Great place and lots of amentities!

We had a wonderful time! Can’t wait to come back next year! Was the perfect lake for both fishing and tubing! We loved hanging out at the sandbar by the flag too! There were so many amenities including outdoor games and toys for the kids! We really loved meeting Tim at the little marina at the end of the road too he gave our girls bread to feed the fish and we got to see Yertle the turtle! Would highly recommend a steak knife set, scissors, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Also the back bedroom door gets stuck when opening and closing and is noisy for others sleeping. Overall we had the best time and can’t wait to go back next year!

So glad you had a great time! Tim is the best! Steak knives are a great suggestion, we’ll definitely follow up on that. We’ll make sure the scissors are returned to the kitchen drawer- not sure what happened to them! We’re so sorry that the sticky door was a nuisance. We’ll get it planed down right away. Great home on a fun lake

This home was a wonderful fit for our family. The big backyard was great for having a fire pit - thanks for the firewood supply. The open kitchen / living room area was great so that we could cook and hang out with everyone at the same time. The pots and pans could use some additional pieces such as a sauce pot, but we made it work. The outside balcony and downstairs seating areas were great hang out areas. We LOVED kayaking the coves of Pine lake and using the paddle boat. Brad was very responsive and promptly addressed our questions and concerns during our stay. The fresh flower greeting was such a nice touch. Thanks Carolyn & Brad! Below are some suggestions: --Add shades to the front and back of the house due to the hot sun in the morning on the lake side and then the hot sun in the afternoon on the front side. --The mattress on the 1st queen bedroom(on the right down the hall) needs replacing --Could have used just a little more lake bottom area cleaned out for swimming. The lake was so fabulously clear and perfect temp!

We are so happy that you had a good stay at Pine Cove! Thank you for your review and suggestions. I'm sorry if you were unable to locate the saucepan -- our kitchen is stocked with 3 sauce pans and 4 fry pans, plus cooking sheets, casserole dishes, and grilling baskets. We are planning on adding shades to the front great room windows. The mattress in the 1st bedroom is actually only two years old. It is a foam mattress and is soft by design. I will add that information to the listing so it is more clear - thank you! We work hard on clearing the lake bottom as much as possible. We try to make sure the area in front of our property to the end of the dock is weed-free. We do love that spring-fed Pine Lake is so clear!
