This modest 2br townhome is furnished with two king sized beds as well as a walk in closet in the master bedroom. If you need to plug in, there is plenty of space to get work done at the built in desk on the second floor.

Paseo has all that you could possibly need right at your fingertips. In the village center you will find a breathtaking resort style pool that you will never want to leave. There is also a lap pool, children's splash pad, and a hot tub available for use. Enjoy your poolside favorites at the Tiki Hut that has an ample variety of food and beverage options. Enjoy some live music on the lagoon pool deck or in the pub on select weekend evenings.

In the village center you will also find a spa, movie theater, ice cream parlor, the Bistro which is open for special events, the pub which offers weekly dining options, library, guest service center complete with events calendar, and full size gym complete with group class offerings.

With pickleball and basketball courts throughout the community, there is no shortage of fun to be had.
