It was an older property but not bad for the price.

The condo was clean but very dusty. It was pet friendly but did NOT smell like animals. That was impressive. Bathroom light had a short in it and didn't stay on, kitchen sink leaked, downstairs bedroom door wouldn't stay closed or lock.

I would likely come back

If I’m back in Orlando I’ll consider booking again if it’s a quick trip. The area just had too many rules and restrictions, especially for the vehicles. We had 3 cars parked in the driveway because the third car wasn’t parked a certain way they still towed it which caused extra unexpected expenses on our end. The home wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped I have allergies so the dust everywhere made me sick. But overall the host was very nice and helpful.

Very nice place

The house, on our stay, was perfect. Condominium safe, clean, beautiful. Mr. Iverson was very attentive and super helpful. I recommend for sure.

Estadia tranquila e casa aconchegante

A nossa estadia foi tranquila porém o que é bom analisar é que no andar superior tem 3 quartos e um único banheiro completo então para quem vai com casais dificulta, tem um banheiro em um dos quartos que tem somente chuveiro e pia não tem privada. Outro problema que tivemos foi com a senha do portão de entrada no condomínio mas foi logo solucionada por email A casa tem todos utensílios necessários para uma boa temporada, recomendo

The stay was wonderful! We stayed for 13 nights and the condo had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Check in was easy via a smart lock and passcode. We did have an issue with the a/c not working when we arrived but the management company had it fixed within 3 hours (faulty capacitor). This was impressive because it was a Sunday night when we checked in. I would recommend this unit to other travelers and if we visit Kissimmee again, we will stay here.

Winter 2019

We stayed here from mid February thru mid April. I would divide this into two different parts: Pros: The Community was very nice and felt very safe. The Club House and Pool were very very nice and we spent a great deal of time at the pool. The townhouse was nice and had a good amount of space. The decor inside was perhaps a little dated but still pretty nice and we were comfortable. Cons: We reported a leak in the half bath and the ice maker not working the day we got there. The maintenance people showed up and stopped the leak which was coming from the stool and left it torn apart saying they would be back. Despite 4 different contacts and fairly rude replies, those two things were never fixed! We had to buy ice and were unable to use the half bath for the entire time. My husband could have fixed both with a trip to the hardware store. The chair and the couch were pretty uncomfortable and definitely need replaced. Very hard on your back over that amount of time. The grill was a small round charcoal grill and the hot tub was dirty. They sprayed the grass for bugs I assume and the next day our dog was extremely sick - not positive it was connected but 3 other dogs in the neighborhood were sick as well - so probably. Lastly there was no easy way to receive mail as you had to pay for a mail box key at the rate of like $60 otherwise you had to do general delivery at the Post Office 20 minutes away. So we had a nice time and wouldn't not recommend it but the owner needs a new maintenance crew working for them. Gene and Sue Alcorn

Nice property and well located

Situated on a safe enclosed neighborhood, this property is pefect for the 6-8 persons and close to all the parks. This time instead of renting car I used UBER and for the Disney parks I paid $28 to Magic Kingdom and the others $16. For Universal I paid $31 and still working out better for me than renting car, insurance, fuel and parking fees. Nice club house where the kids enjoyed themselves in the pool and other amenities.

Wonderful gated community

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. The gated community was very well kept. Pool and other facilities were beautifully maintained. We wish the pool and clubhouse didn't close so early, it was difficult to enjoy the amenities.

absolutely stunning

This home is absolutely stunning! My children and I truly enjoyed the home. It was pretty much crystal clean I it was perfect for the kiddos. The location was perfect to Disney World! I plan to rent this beautiful vacation rental home again. You should too!

Very nice, comfortable, and clean.

We stayed at this residence for 5 days. It was a nice clean house to stay in. We liked the neighborhood it was in. It felt like we are right at home and on vacation at the same time. Whenever we had a question we would always get a quick response back. I would definitely recommend staying in this nice cozy home. And if we are every in Orlando again, we will definitely stay there again.

Great location, as described

Property exactly as described, in great condition, well maintained, a few minor issues but over all things were in great shape. Great location, close to Disney and Universal, as well as shops and restaurants. Located in a secure complex. Will go there again. Highly recommended.

Great Condo at a Reasonable Price

Iverson is a very responsive. Don't have to wait around long for him to answer a question regarding your rental. We would definitely rent from him again. The unit was decorated very nicely and the Gated Complex seemed very secure.

Clean and cozy

I want to thank Iverson for letting us staying at his beautiful home! The townhouse is spotless clean when we arrived. Very nice and quite neighbourhood. The location is simply the best! We spent most of our time at the parks, which is acually just less than 15 mins drive away. Shopping was convenient with walmart and sam's club just less than 5 mins drive! The community pool and theatre is amazing too! I would definately recommand this property to family and friends!

Everything as Described

We stayed in this town home for a week and the owner was good to work with even though we booked at the last minute. Everything went smooth and we enjoyed our stay including the pool, which is great for kids because it has two shallow ends. There is also two play ground areas that our kids enjoyed. This location is close to lots of stores and restaurants as well as downtown Kissimmee and Disney. The townhome had a decent assortment of kitchen items, all in good shape. They also had additional kid specific items such as high chair and plastic kid cups and bowls.
