We are located just one mile from downtown and the historic UGA campus, giving you all the convenience of the town. Getting around is incredibly easy, making it a straightforward walk or a quick three-minute rideshare to North Campus, the historic Arch, or Sanford Stadium. You are also just minutes away from downtown Athens favorites, including incredible local coffee shops, acclaimed dining, and iconic music venues like the Georgia Theatre.

Inside, we have taken care of all the details so you can just show up and relax. The layout is incredibly functional for couples or groups traveling together, featuring two private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The spacious main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the roomy second bedroom offers excellent sleeping flexibility, equipped with both a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The kitchen has everything you actually need to whip up a home-cooked breakfast or comfortably enjoy local takeout, completely stocked with all the essential cookware, dishes, and utensils. For a totally stress-free stay, the condo also includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, you’ll find a private patio for fresh air and access to a seasonal community pool for warmer days.
