Welcome to the smack dab centre of beautiful Dunedin and Clearwater. You couldn't ask for anything better, just a five minute drive to Honeymoon Harbour beautiful pet friendly beach and crystal clear waters. Spend a day relaxing in the sun, come home to the cozy three bedroom mobile home/cottage like hideaway where you will feel like you have escaped all your worries when you kick back with a BBQ supper and glass of wine on the private outdoor deck. Next, go for a swim in the shared heated pool or take a walk or drive to check out Main Street Duedin (small quaint town with lots of shops and restaraunts ) or if you're feeling inquisitive the Country Side Mall which is just up the street has lots to enjoy including indoor skating, shops and Whole foods Market. Clearwater beach is a 12 minute drive while Tarpon Springs is 10 minutes drive with all the sponge diving and shops to entertain you with it's Greek Cultural cuisines and the most fantastic delicious bakeries in all of Dunedin. If you love baseball or golfing , this is the place to be. Several golf courses and BlueJays and other Team players have their spring training just minutes away from the rental. Finally, Disney World is just an hour and half away drive if you feel energized enough to add to your trip!
Get up early with the sunshine and enjoy a cup of coffee on the quaint private porch or sit back on one of the two decks as you entertain thoughts of what your plans for the day may be. One of three sleeping areas should suit your needs with a televesion in each room with Netflix and streaming only. ...Sorry folks no regular channels but theres plenty of TV for those rainy days. The washroom has both a shower and a tub with a bathtub caddy tray where you can emerse and relax after a day of enjoyment and discovery. Towels, toiletries and toilet paper is all available to give you a start on your trip. All linens are provided and washer and dryer is available in the shed as is a BBQ and sitting area in the carport. Cleaning fee is waved if you clean and leave the property as you find it.
The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, kettle, blender, Kreug machine and toaster as well as pots and pans and dishware. The unit comes with a filtered water cooler machine for your convenience.
