Luxury Condo w/Views of Windham Mountain

Summary:
Come and enjoy our modern condo right on Windham Mt. This beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath unit has a fully stocked kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, and amazing mountain views right from the balcony. You will also have access to the facilities including a rec room with foosball, a heated pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, and 2 grills for your to use from 10am-10pm. Relax in the condo or utilize the ski-in/ski-out luxury. 1 Minute from town, restaurants, wine bar and close to hiking and the Windham Vineyard.

The Space:
Amenities galore. On the main level enjoy the communal gym with treadmill, elliptical, free weights and workout bench. The main entry opens up to the outdoor area where guests can find the heated, outdoor 4ft pool opened year round, 2 hot tubs, 2 gas grills and fire pit. Also from the main entry is another room with TV, foosball table and shuffleboard as well as the Ski/Boot Lockers where guests can hang up their boots to dry and have access to a designated locker for their ski equipment. Upstairs guests will find the unit with a nook for hanging coats and a bench for guests to either lay luggage or sit for ski boot removal. This leads to the open concept kitchen, living room with remote controlled gas fireplace, and dining area. The primary bedroom features a cozy king sized bed with ensuite bathroom that has a jetted tub and stand up shower. The balcony with gorgeous mountain views can be accessed by both the living room and primary bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin sized bunk beds with curtains to offer those who stay in that room optimal privacy. Right next to that bedroom is the second bathroom and laundry area.

The Neighborhood:
Locating the Building

Once you arrive at Windham Mountain make the turn onto Clarence D Lane Rd. Drive a quarter of a mile up the hill and our building will be the tan, 6 story, stone building on your left. Once you enter the parking lot there are a few spaces available in the front, or you can access the heated parking garage where you may park one of your vehicles. The code to enter the garage is 0102. Once you enter the garage you will veer towards your right and follow it towards the end. The parking spot that you may utilize is labeled !% with the number 307 underneath it.



Getting to the Unit

Once you have parked there is an elevator back towards the garage door to your left. There are doors from that entryway that lead to the ramp, those doors lock at 10pm so if you arrive later than that you will not be able to access those. Once in the elevator take it to the third floor and take a right to find Unit 307. The code to that door is 3071. The unit has a gas fireplace controlled by a remote that you will find on the stand in the living room. You are allowed to access the balcony to see the amazing views.

Other Things to Note:
After booking the guest needs to sign a release of the condo rules and regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
I like to allow guests the freedom to explore the home and all of its amenities at their own pace. I went through great lengths to enter all of the information that you could need into the listing so please feel free to review it if you have any questions as to anything that the home has to offer.
