Thanks for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your condo and the resort. We do apologize about the bikes and noise during your stay. Bike weeks are normally the held the month of May and a weekend in October. I am sorry you got misinformed about the ice. The person you asked might have thought you were asking about free ice machines like you find on floors at different hotels. We do not have those, but we do have the gift shop that is open various hours that sells ice on site in the smaller bags. We hope that you will visit with us again not during Bike Weeks and get a more relaxed stay.

Thanks for your great review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and the resort. This is a beautiful, spacious condo and has great views. We hope that you will visit with us again soon.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss, and we send our condolences to you and your family. We are glad that you enjoyed your time in the condo while you were here, and we apologize that your time was cut short. We love our repeat guests and seeing them year after year, and we are sorry that you feel the way you do now. Unfortunately, we do have policies and procedures to adhere to. We are not a hotel where we can move people around and give credits towards future stays. We manage individually owned condos for owners that rent their condo out to assist in paying their HOA Dues and bills for the property. You booked this rental for your dates in June back in January 2024. That means those dates were not bookable by anyone else. We have a 30-day refund policy because normally that would be enough time for us to try and rebook the condo. With you leaving early during your stay, we were not able to rebook the condo that quickly. We opened the dates back up, and we said that if we were able to rebook the dates, we would for sure refund you your nights that we could replace. We did refund the night that you had added last minute out of the goodness of our hearts when we didn't have to do that based upon the reservation agreement that says no refunds for early departures. Unfortunately, things do happen that are not within our control, so we always encourage our guests to get travel insurance for unexpected circumstances while traveling. All we were told at the time you were here is that you had a family emergency and had to leave early, so we didn't know the situation you were in to treat you in anyway. Again, we are sorry for your loss, and we apologize that we have to follow policies and procedures in place. We do hope you will visit with Water's Edge Resort again in the future.
