Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. I took my two grandaughters with me age 7 and 9 and they had a great time. They really enjoyed the pools as it was too hot for the beach most days. Condo was just the perfect size for us and everything was as expected. Clean, great location, everything we needed. Look forward to booking this condo again.

Our stay was everything we hoped for! The condo was beautiful, the view was amazing, the pool and hot tub were great! Wonderful Place to Stay! Loved every minute of it!

I want to thank you for the accommodations! We had a wonderful week at the beach. There was not one thing to complain about. The condo was fantastic! Very comfortable, had everything we needed and had a spectacular view! The location of Waters Edge is perfect. Not too far from anything, yet quiet enough and private enough that we did not have to worry about anything! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful and Relaxing

My family stays at Waters Edge Resort every year and we love it. This was our first time renting from Kim and we were pleased:) I always try to rent from individuals and not companies and Kim was great. She responded quickly when I had questions and because she has been an owner so long she has great knowledge of the area. Condo was clean and well stocked. The view is amazing and relaxing! We enjoy being within walking distance of the pier and the local shops. We had a great time and are looking forward to next year :):)

Charming Condo

The condo was especially clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was recently renovated and well supplied with anything one could possibly need. The location of the parking lot and elevator was convenient. The beach in this area is very clean. My only advice would be to bring a couple towels. The bedding and towel package only included one towel per person. All and all staying at this condo was a wonderful experience.

What a great place!

What a great place! The condo is very well kept and stocked with everything you need to "eat in". Nice tv and DVD player, comfortable furniture and sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise is always a relaxing part of the day. The resort is always clean and the maitenance crew is out very early to get the pool and area around the pool looking great. Kim and Patti will work with you if you have any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay at their place again when we travel to Graden City. Thanks Kim and Patti!

What a gem of a beach condo

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. The owner is helpful and responsive. The ocean views are gorgeous. Itā€™s just a few steps away from the sand. The condo is comfortable and beautifully furnished. There are lots of amenities, including two pools and hot tubs. Thereā€™s a fun bar on-site and thereā€™s a convenience store within walking distance. The location is great. We went to Murrells Inlet for dinner and live music. We walked to the Garden City Pier to fish. I took walks through the quaint neighborhoods nearby. What a lovely place. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay at Water's Edge!

We had a wonderful stay at Water's Edge. The condo was clean and everything we needed to make it like home was available, e.g., dishes, silverware, etc. The covered parking was a real bonus - you didn't have to worry about the weather to get to your car. It was very quiet and relaxing, but close enough to Myrtle Beach to take advantage of all the restaurants, shopping and attractions. The view was amazing - it is right on the water! The sunrises were absolutely breath-taking. The beach was immaculate and we enjoyed walking it everyday. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub. All-in-all, a wonderful get-away that we thoroughly enjoyed! We would highly recommend!

Every amenity one could need!

We live only 50 miles from this location, and I have been visiting Garden City for over 40 years (I am currently 45). While this is my first time staying at this exact location, my knowledge of the area allows me to say that this unit has every amenity one could need. Indoor/outdoor pools with jacuzzi, balcony view is practically "in" the ocean, unit is clean and completely self serving. Grocery stores, entertainment, and fine dining are all within a mile. The owners are very kind, helpful, and only a call away. Who could ask for more???

A Great Place to Stay!

We returned home yesterday from our week's vacation at Garden City. Thank you Kim and Patti for allowing us to use your place to make our "home" for the week! Anything we needed was there. We've stayed in other units in this resort, and I can safely say yours was the best equipped! The condo was clean and in great shape, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your place to anyone! Couldnā€™t be happier!

Weā€™ve rented from Kim before and just as in years past, the entire experience was fantastic. The condo is so cute, clean and well stocked and itā€™s in a perfect location. We love walking down to the pier for fisherman watching and ice cream! Communication is great, Kim had always been prompt to respond to any questions and makes the entire process so easy. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Much needed time away

With the craziness of the world right now this is exactly what my husband and I needed! We had another place reserved but due to covid had to change last minute.... it all worked out and this will be one of our new spots. It was a perfect view, quite and peaceful. Best Vacation Ever

The condo was exactly as described! Beautiful view! Adorably decorated with updated and very nice furniture! Kitchen was extremely well stocked. We wanted for nothing! And in my opinion, the most important detail was that it was super clean! We had one minor issue with the ice maker and within 90 minutes, the owner, Kim, had maintenance there fixing it. I would definitely recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed!

Great place!

We've stayed at Waters Edge for many years(great location and amenities) but this has been our favorite condo. It is exactly as advertised. It has everything they say and more. We couldn't have asked for more! And having a code instead of a check in process was so great! And I didn't have to clean when we got there! Thanks again!
