Nancy is a great host. She is very responsive to requests and stays in communication during your stay. The house i beautiful and she continues to find ways to improve it. She was even helpful when we were struggling with finding a ride to the airport. We would definitely rent from Nancy again.

We loved our stay and the best part was lounging at the pool. Having a 2nd fridge downstairs by the pool area was very helpful. Overall it was perfect for our group with 2 families. Really appreciated all the beach chairs and cooler for heading to the beach. Very close to all the shops we loved exploring. Enjoyed having coffee and seeing the sunrise in the morning in the upstairs lounge overlooking the pool.

Stay was awesome! The house is well equpped for your stay. You are super close to everything!! Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We rented a boat for a couple of days, a golf cart (must have!) and a kayak. The only thing that was a minor issue was there is no bathroom downstairs where the pool is but for our family it was not an issue.

The entire property seemed to suit our family's needs very nicely, inside and out. We enjoyed the several gathering spots, comfortable sleeping accommodations-- First time we were provided with box fans in each room. The kids appreciated the ice maker in the frig, the games and of course, we all loved the pool and hot tub. Having direct sight of the channel from the pool and house added peace of mind, as our kids took the opportunity for fishing every day. The property's location was within easy walking distance to shops and the beach. Communication with Nancy was always timely and professional, we’ve stayed at quite a few houses on the island and working with Nancy has been by far the best experience. We will be looking forward to returning in the coming years.

We had a wonderful time on AMI and really enjoyed the pool and backyard at Sirenia Cove! Nancy was very helpful and quick to respond. It was great to have beach chairs and toys and plenty of towels available.

Pool/outside area is great. Two sets of washer/dryer and 2 refrigerators was nice for a big group, Games in garage were nice. lots of chairs and wagon for beach. Can walk to anything. Great trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Sirenia Cove. We have been coming to AMI for about 20 years now and the island never disappoints. This location is walkable to many of the restaurants and shops, but renting a golf cart is recommended. Nancy was a very nice and attentive host, answering all our questions promptly and with care. The only reason I could not give this property a 10/10 is due to the fact that the pictures haven't been updated post hurricane. The back of the house that faces the canal needs a bit of work, peeling paint and rust, mildewed windows, steps need to be repainted (super slippery when wet). Most of this is cosmetic stuff but there were some minor changes on the inside too for example, the kitchen is not as pictured and some changes on the furniture. However, there were fabulous appliances to use, dishwasher, washer dryer, grill, etc. The house is stocked with everything you need, plenty of beach towels, toys and chairs. I would recommend this property to others, provided the pictures are updated.

Thank you for your review. I am in the process of updating the property and all details are accurately detailed in the listing description. Including the brand new kitchen and appliances, new living room furniture, new loft furniture, and other new items. Once I get the home completely repainted this Sept 2026 I will invest in the updated photos and video which cost $1,000 to get done. I hope you check back soon (Oct) to see the new finished product.

My family and I loved everything about this property! It was clean and the backyard was absolutely perfect. We spent most days enjoying the pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and sitting on the dock watching the manatees! Communication with the host was great, and check in/out was easy. We will most definitely be back!

Family Trip

Great stay

This place was great! The pool and hot tub were a hit with our 2 and 5 year old. Everything worked properly and the short walk to the beaches and restaurants and shops was amazing! I would recommend this house to anyone looking. Nancy was a wonderful host as well!

Beautiful property! Amazing pool/outdoor space.

We loved our stay here. We had 9 people (4 adults, 5 children) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great amenities, clean property, gorgeous pool & hot tub area, very relaxing. Loved all the different spaces to sit, relax and watch TV in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Florida Sunshine

Convenient location to walk to a nice beach, restaurants, and stores. Drive time to other beaches was minimal. The pool was perfect for the afternoon relaxation. Nice house in a nice neighborhood.

Very accommodating

The host was very accommodating and super friendly to work with. The house accommodated our family really well. Pool and hot were great! Location was amazing and close to the beach, shops and dinning. The only thing that I would slightly upgrade are all the mattresses on all the beds. We had a great time!! Definitely would rent again!

Perfect spot for our family vacation!!

Wonderful vacation rental! We rented a kayak, some bikes and a golf cart. We fished off the dock and swam with a manatee off Bean Point. We took a day trip to Venice Beach and went looking for shark teeth. We ate at several great restaurants, but our favorite spot was grilling outside by the pool. The house was perfect for our family of 8. We can't wait to return!

We haven't made it to Venice Beach yet to search for sharks teeth, it's hard to drag my kids away from the backyard and all of the favourite places on AMI.
