Nestled in the heart of Leelanau County, this spacious three-level townhouse is perfect for a memorable family getaway, accommodating up to 11 guests—all at a budget-friendly price!

On the main level, you'll find a welcoming kitchen and cozy living spaces that bring everyone together. With two inviting bedrooms on the lower level and two more on the upper level, each bedroom boasts its own connected bathroom for added convenience. Enjoy the beautiful views from the walk-out basement patio or relax on the main-level deck overlooking the picturesque former ski hill. To keep things comfortable, there are wall-unit air conditioners throughout the townhouse.

This lovely unit is a short drive to Good Harbor Beach on Lake Michigan, only 15 minutes to charming Leland and Glen Arbor, and just a half-hour to vibrant Traverse City.

Great area for family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (9 in all) were very happy with this rental. We were very comfortable here and the location in the midst of beautiful beaches, golf and hiking was very enjoyable. Close enough to Traverse City for us to take advantage of the restaurants.

Great Stay!

Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant stayed for a week. There was plenty of space for all of us. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Great location for what we wanted to do. Near hiking trails, beaches, and various towns. About 30 minutes out of Traverse, which was fine for us. It was quiet and the people you met there were friendly. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip!

Great stay at Sugar Buzz

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location, which was about 10-15 minutes to Sleeping Bear, Glan Arbor, Leland, Sutton's Bay and about 30 minutes to Traverse City. The condo units where a nice layout and spacious. The price was very good so I think you need to factor that into the review as well. If this unit was twice the price, I might have complained about some minor things like the faucet plunger missing or other minor incoveniences. However, this location was a bit less expensive than similar locations so I thought it was great, especially for the price! The power went out our last night and for some reason that caused the water to shut off, it must be connected to a pump. So we were unable to do the dishes, but I notified the managment company and the were easy to get in contact with. Thanks for the stay!

Had to call MANY times with condo issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. It was clean. It ends there. We had serve ants in the downstairs bedroom and had to call for maintenance to come and attend to. It was half done as the ants continued our entire day. A toloter clogged. Called for a maintenance to come and help. All I got was a plunger left on our front porch. A huge water leak in the downstairs ceiling was reported after a few days of our stay when a large amount of dripping and wet area was forming in the kitchen floor. Called immediatley as being home owners this is a huge bad sign. It was apparent from the ceiling this wasn’t the first issue with water damage. It was a holiday week so they couldn’t get a plumber out. We were not able to use 2 of the 4 bathrooms on the top level for most of our stay with our large family. Up North never returned my calls about any compensation for inconvenience, and I had to repetitively track them down. Only got $300 refunded in a $4400 stay. Just absolutely terrible. I would NEVER recommend them as they don’t keep up their properties and don’t seem to have staff or care when you are Inconvenience and trying to notify them of issues.

Friends Getaway Weekend

We were lucky enough to have a driver to have fun downtown Traverse City, & of course the festival. So close to Fishtown & Suttons Bay. Very quiet & clean, not to mention perfect size for 4 couples. We each had our own bedroom with bathrooms. Only negative, no electrical plugs in one bathroom, & appliances like coffee maker, could use an upgrade. The management company also made sure we had all information prior to our check-in. We all agreed we would consider coming back & staying here again.

Bike trip

The size of the property fit us but that’s where it ends. The garbage cans were full. Tile caulk in shower was black. Windows have not been cleaned in a long time. Called the property management twice to come in regards to a broken lock on sliding glass door but no one called back and no one came to fix it.

Great home base for 11 women cyclists

Plenty of room for 11 women looking to cycle roads and trails. Roads, trails, wineries, quaint towns with shopping, beautiful vistas. Pool was a plus. Manager actually overcommunicated. Responded quickly to questions. Plenty of parking for a big group. Walk up hill behind condo for a beautiful sunset.

We had 10 people so the 4 bed/4 bath was ideal. We were pretty disappointed that the living room fireplace did not work properly. There were a lot of "rules" for the renters but not much for the people renting the property. Also some of the blankets were dirty and not usable.

Fell a bit short of expectations

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stay was mixed for us. There are a great deal of things that just weren’t well thought out or cared for. The good: plenty of space and having a bathroom in every bedroom is nice. Nice big refrigerator with ice maker. Beautiful location, well lit inside (lots of options), quiet area, with golf close by. Check in was easy! Not great:1. The description of this property does not include ANY references to the stairs. We had to change plans due to my elderly parents not being able to manage. No photos of stairs either. It’s very misleading. After looking into the reviews, a few mention it. Some of the stairs heading upstairs are in want of repairs. 2. The kitchen cabinets clearly are designed to have pulls and do not. There have been mentions of it in many reviews. 3. Some things just a bit sloppy. The curtain rods upstairs came apart every time we tried to open them because they are too short for the windows. One room had a completely broken rod. The hot and cold water were hooked up backward, so indicators are incorrect. One room has a bed with a headboard that is not even connected to the frame, or the wall. And missing outlet covers in one room. This rental has potential to be great if a maintenance crew spent 2 hrs there Most of the things would be done. Things were clean and easy to find or figure out.

Good spot

Overall clean. Some beds cud be more comfortable, the kitchen cabinets need knobs or handles. They were very responsive to our hot water issue we had at the start. Pretty setting and fair amount of room to move around inside.
